Udio Wallet - Recharge & Pay

Useless and looter app. Useless app and even more useless udio card. Not able to make payment at amazon.in and had to waste 264 Rs. just to transfer my money to bank as udio card was completely useless.

I downloaded it yesterday and signed up but after that i cant login because no otp is coming to my number.Worst experience in my first use itself.

tried 2 times on 11:25PM to add 500 by my credit card and worst experience that money could not added in my wallet then what's uses of this app....Mr.doveloper...throw this in your dustbin.....

Money r detected by udio wallet but the payment is not successful, either not refund...

Worst app ever used no proper response even I want some to reply immediately on this and do the need full

Am writing to notify to all, please don't download the app for any transaction. Yesterday, we had done two transaction & amount is not being transferred to other accounts so far &have paid additional charges to them. As well as they have blocked accounts without my consent. I am constantly chasing with them since morning, still issue has not been resolved. Despite of my several telephonic discussion with their representative for blocking my accounts, but they have no confirmed apparently reason. As observed that, they are only trying bewitch to people's for utmost transactions through said app, however such a worth less.

Very Useful and Hello Udio Team in this app ibwont see the link of the app Share and if it's Federal option is there means everyone will use this app without fail they will get interest also thank you

Its been a month and still Amex doesn't work, customer care has no idea when it'll be resolved. Waited long enough, Uninstalling..

Cheater, 200 RS transaction made yesterday but not received. Very bad app

very very wrost site don't use this type wallets because I had done transfer to my beneficiary account on 17th Oct 17 but still now not credited my account. pathetic

Cash card isn't available for all users which is really disappointing. Also, premium membership for the users belonging to Greater Noida isn't serviceable. If u really want a good number of users at least make these two services available for all users. Why don't you guys provide adhaar otp based kyc registration from within the app?

Not working offline. 3 transactions at 3 different merchants on 3 different days, and the transaction got declined at the merchant. Though the money debited from the wallet is reversed back, but unsure why the transactions are getting declined even when there is no PIN to be entered at merchant. Quite annoying. Registered complaint, but no response. Too many technical glitches.

On of the most frustrating app managed by jokers and lazy error writers. You can not use Amex and Diners card but you will never be intimated during card data filling. You will receive error that you can't understand and you keep trying & get frustrated . Don't download if you want your life easy.

Worst customer care.Transfered money to bank a day before And got a message that the transaction was successful but money not credited into the account. Unlike other wallets they used NEFT instead of IMPS.Written to their customer care but no reply even after a day. Don't fall for these wallets they charge 3% commission and they don't provide answers to botched transactions.

I m feel very glad to using this app. This is very old version.this shows on google classless transfer but it charges 2.95 per thousands.it Will take 24 hrs transaction time.

Fake app you wont get any cashback .. even merchant especially pizza hut will not give you any discount ... Don't install this useless app... Moreover customer support is pathetic .. they will not assist you just they will misguide you ....

Third class support, take long to respond and no solution. Earlier I was able to add money witH AMEX but now it is not working with udio. I contacted many times with udio but no solution rather they asked me to contact bank. It seems udio is not fully aware of their product

This UI is good but for each and every clicks it says loading. App requires only high speed Internet.. When I use my 2g it's not going smooth but other apps works fine. Customer service is pathetic,if we mail today we expect reply not in 24hrs they take upto 24 years.

Unable to load money in wallet with my visa debit card. Tried multiple times but each and every time getting error message. Wile my debit card working perfectly on other wallets to load cash.

Not able to login... Cause earlier login done through facebook.. At current do not use facebook hence facing problem to get logged in... Kindly help.

Customers u did not able to use the card any where. Lots of restrictions. Even U did use this card to topup your amazon or flipkart wallet. Customer representative respond like below. We do understand your concern but due to some technical issue you can not load or to do any transactions in other wallet using Udio card. Our technical team is working on this issue. If in future we get any update regarding this then you will get notification for the same.

This application was good few months ago..now a days it's very bad .I'm going to edit video here but this application says high resolution... before I use the application not say that problem..now this application says that..I hate now this application

i was transfer 29/10/2017 credit card to udio wallet 18000 then i received 18000 in udio wallet then i was transfer my icici saving account 29 oct. 5000 nd 30 oct. 5000 wallet amount was cut but i don't received amount in my saving account plz fast solve my problem now i have wallet balance 7721 rs

Through SBI Card not able to load money reported this a month before but not yet resolved . Only I have received one mail we do. Even I followed up up again no reply from support team.

Over all good service till I got prepaid card, But I can't set pin to prepaid card. this is insecure what I feel. else pay by visa is good option in app. Need some improvement in app. else service is good.

Hey I just tried to install and have done a transaction of 5000 rupees, the amount is not yet transferred to the bank account and now I am not even able to login to my uido account. Why is this?? Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Very poor support. My account was blocked, on calling support I was told that it is not blocked and shows as active and I was asked to provide screenshots, which I did. 4th day no resolution yet, I can't get through to support despite many tries. All I get is "hi there, all our support executives are busy serving other customers" even if I stay on the line for 15 mins.
