Self Drive Car Rentals

I'm trying to fetch details of available cars for my travel plan, instead of some valid details be it sold out or whatsoever, its showing me this error message - "Your transaction has failed please try again later". Now, does this message even make any sense at this place ?

Everytime I try to make a booking within the booking hours of between 5am to 11:30 pm , the app does not allows to proceed further with an error of the timing .

Overall Experience: Good. The car provided was well maintained and in very good conditon(Rear camera, audio systems with BT connectivity). However punctuality in both delivery and return needs to be improved. Calls from customers needs to be attended promptly. Only after mutiple times i was able to talk to the personnel.

Very bad experience... System is poor... No any formal intimation of booking detail.. At the end they have charged with excess amount... Although there is error in system... Telecallers are rude.. Hidden charges.... Very poor service..

After selecting the date and time for my start and end journey, the car details are not loaded. It just keeps flashing and mentions loading!

Feeling addicted !! Very systematic handling of bookings & professional conduct of entire operation. I'm impressed & feeling addicted to using this service, have been using their service for more than 6 times acorss number of days No trouble, No hidden charges. Awesome car options to select and well maintained cars. Best service provider, if you are in Mumbai or Pune look no where at all.

I called up the customer service to ask specifically if they will provide the car at 7am and then booked at 9pm. Confirmation sms was sent. But then when the time came. No car. After calling up they said that no car available. Worst and embarrassing service. At least app should provide correct availability. I guess that's why people should stick with myles or zoomcar.

Its been 3 Years selfdrive serving us and have seen SelfDrive just getting bigger and bigger as a Brand I have been a very old client and been using this serive in Mumbai and Pune cities, when it comes to service and app comfort, Self Drive lead the way and is the pioneer. Keep adding new car models as we love driving them all.

I have booked honda jazz on 18th... june 2016.....all the process was fine till return of car....but they dont provide any proper reciept of return of car....after 10-15 days they process the refund ,but after 1 month they charged me rs 970 without my knowledge......i tried to call them many times ,they are not answering my call....I have raised dispute with my bank....guys please beware of this fraud company

Really good I had a wonderful experience with SelfDrive. Had booked an Hyundai Creta for 6 days. Compared to other self drive options, it turned out abt cheaper by Rs.300-400 per day and the car was new with top of the line variant and features. Pickup and drop of the vehicle at the Mumbai Airport was extremely efficient and was a breeze. Highly recommended...

Have used other service providers claiming to offer 10kms free per/hr including fuel. Do the simple maths if you pay Rs.100 per/hr and you get 10kms "Free" thats Rs.10per/km charge and if have to pay per km I would rather book OLA or UBER and have a chauffeur driver me around, one of the things that hits the most of the time the trip exceeds the km cap and you land up paying extra charges for kms and time both. Be smart we have been using selfdrive the day we understood the 10km free calculation, SelfDrive

Awesome service and at a good price for long drive. Excellent regarding payment processing, hope you add some more premium top of the line variants and Good for not having hidden charges or unwanted deductions which have to pay extra per km charges. Truly enjoyed Unlimited kms.

Really wonderful Had taken an Audi A4 last week, neat and well maintained car delivered on time and the staff is very polite and its humble. Suggest you to give a try, really value for money and mainly cheaper than other competitors. I even got my refund within a weeks time after my booking closed. I suggested my friends as well and they are also using the services.

Asking for 20k as deposit tell me how many cars you want witg fuel and without deposit will provide you.. Gone bonkers.. Useless app.. And total waste of time

I booked myself a car in 2.5 mints and customer support was so cooperative and professional that i was flat....

After selecting all required fields, the app just keeps loading and nothing happens after that. Tried several times but still same problem.

I really liked the service and the vehicle, but the refund process for the deposit is damn slow. It's been 15 days and I haven't got my security deposit back yet

I have booked a car with pick up drop facility .there was no pickup and no drop. They said they will refund the pickup and drop amount. They never did ,now its more than 1.5 months. My booking I'd is BI939833. Also to mention the car I booked was dead for days and it was still available online and they gave me another car .

The app does not move forward the time page.... do u guys have services for Mumbai or just the app

As itz pune based company, their are more option of cars available in pune city. For mumbaikar their less cars option and services provided by company iz to worst, I have booked car Hyundai grand asta i10 while before picking up car, they called me and said me bcz of unconvincing bulshit reason not available i10 they provide me wagoner.. And their after cumin to deposit refund as per companies policy they have to refund deposit within 7days, bt you'll never get refund within 7days they takes 15 to 20 days.

Rented a selfdrive car from them for a weekend had a great experience well maintained cars simple and easy delivery and return policy, Takes less than 5 mins. Also received my security deposit back within 10 days direct to my account, highly recommended their service best for Mumbai and Pune location

Worst app

Great service I booked the car for a 6 am drop ... the driver came in a bit early and dropped it off. The car (Honda Jazz Automatic) was in beautiful condition ... Drove for 578 kms, without a hitch ... the prices are very reasonable... Very happy with service.. Keep doing the good work guys ...will soon book another car with u.....

Do not install this app. Their refund process is very pathetic. I booked a car on 6th July and did not received refund yet.

The security deposit is hell of a lot. Discouraged me from tenting your car.
