I order from Andheri East, JB Nagar branch and quickly got the message telling me order number and bill amount. After waiting for an hour I called up the store and the guy says 1. we don't have smartphone 2. You should have known we do not deliver in your area 3. You should have ordered by calling. No apologies, nothing. I am not sure why do they even have an app when they have this kind of reasoning.
