redBus - Bus and Hotel Booking for Android
Was a regular user of redbus, but now I am starting to hate this app. Booked ticket twice, money got debited, ticket not issued. Called up customer care multiple times, and they keep saying "will be refunded to yur account in 24 hours", "money will be sent to your account in 7 working days..".. "we didn't receive the payment.." "stuck in bank gateway.".. blah blah..! Worst service!
People don't use Redbus. Most of buses are running late and they are not liable for refund and alternative arrangements. Customers care executives are rude and they don't refund your money. Please directly book your tickets rather than app. You might waste your money. Really hate with service from customer care service
Useless. I have to go and use computer every time. This app is useless. 1. Very slow 2. Useless notifications 3. Payment issues 4. Error most of the time. Update- now they are commiting fraud. False information is provided while booking. Use at your own risk. I was left stranded on a highway at 2am in night. Useless customer care.
There are better other options available . Don't use redbus. Showed us the wrong bus dimension , we booked 4 window seats but in actual none of those seat numbers were window seats. If you can't get even such a small thing right , what's the point of booking in advance.

I am shocked to see such bad reviews of this app. I had used it once to book tickets and had a monumental failure in reaching my destinatuon. They reflect the epitome of useless online transaction. Atleast now I can see that all the reviewers have exposed their fraud.
Useless promocode! Wasted hours and hours of waiting for rebate to reflect in the wallet! If redbus cannot fulfil then don't promise! Their punctuality is poor be it cash back to customer service call back! They still try to throw back the blame to me saying that i did not apply the promocode! For goodness sake! Still have the cheek to ask me if my promo code showed accepted? ! Excuse me. I've been doing online shopping for the past few years, would i be so stupid to not even know how to apply a promocode?!
Worst service in the history of mankind. Would advice everyone to take a govt bus or a train but not from this app. I booked a ticket the bus didn't reach the pickup point even after 2 hours. Contacted the customer care, all phone no the gave me were either switched off or not reachable and to add on top of it you can't even cancel the ticket
App crashes at the time of payment n then the money struck in payment gateway. Adding recharge option is great but there should be postpaid recharge also. Prepaid is not of any use for many people
Useless update. What is the reason for mandatory id, address for not selecting insurance. Slowly changing to predatory type. When you charge convenience fee your authority ceases for rest of the things
Edit: Issue is resolved for me. Turns out GrabOn is indulging in some scam on redbus. I still can't add any money on the wallet so that still takes 1point off my review. App is otherwise good and well. Small improvement needs to be implemented which is showing all the available boarding and drop points in a booked journey since most travels allow you to change points through phone. Right now I have to search for route, then the specific bus just to see the boarding and drop points of my current bus booking. Its not intuitive.
Worst app experience! No coordination between bus operator and the app. Bus operator might suddenly cancel the ticket, and switch seats to bus of different category and different time. This might put you in lot of inconvenience! And, don't expect any refund, because they will refund some amount in their "Wallet" which you cannot utilise at once.
Worst application... And worst response from customer care... My ₹800 gone.... Not able to cancel ticket in app.
Ban Ideal travels... They cheated me 1000 rupees and gave normal bus from Bangalore to Mangalore night journey during dasara holiday. Journey was pathetic. Ideal travels are cheater.
While booking for my trip(jaipur to rishikesh) i choose paytm as my payment option... While doing so they show my wallet has 130 rs... Although i transferred 1000 just a sec ago... To check that i opened my paytm and they show that i had payed 870 rps for red bus already. I tried to reach to costumer care but not get solution yet. This should be considered as cheating from my aspect and i hope they will return my money back.
Not able to book a single ticket, how many times we enter the from and to it donot accept the input, and keeps on asking enter from and to!! if we can't give from and to, wats the point of app.. not at apl userfuo, reinstalled, reboited done everything
You guys spent lot of time and money in advertisement better if you can spend for app testing and development. So many bugs here. Booking tickets from shirdi to Aurangabad. And for msrtc it is getting error
One of the worst service. I had never ever seen..no proper I information will be given. Hate this app. And frndz. My valuable request is don't book. In this app.
They don't show boarding and dropping points before you confirm your seats. Small issue, but big inconvenience. Please change this, developers.
I love the live tracking feature. Also the discounts..... I am frequent traveller, and this is my only option since last 3 years to book bus... Please start some previlages for regular travellers.....
This app is becoming worst day by day. They updated app as you can now use only 10% of the wallet money for your booking. If you have 500 RS in your wallet you cannot use all 500 instead you can use only 50. Uninstalling it. Hate it!! Go for Abhi bus!
disgusting.. whenevr i try to book rtc buses..bus disappears after i select the seat.. i have reached customer care many times but there is no solution..
I had to cancel my ticket for some personal reason, they told me I'll get my refund in 7 days. But it's nearly 20 days but I didn't get my refund still. Everytime when I keep a mail, they are giving me a response on process, but don't know what they are doing.

I am not able change my mobile number. Past 3years I am using my new no but 3years before someone registered with my no so I am not able to use this. Kindly do the needful.
Worst App I had booked my ticket 5 days before journey..They have cancelled my ticket 1 day before journey and haven't refund yet....I suggest, Dont book any ticket with this app.
Very good experience booking ticket.. Much greater than webapp.. but was not able to edit mail id, in the profile info which was wrongly given.. plz correct it..
It provides no1 worst service buses and these bus services does not provide you any information about cancellations and staff will not give any response to your calls while booking check it once
Overall good. But we won't get any immediate response from the support team. Cancellation process is slow. My strong suggestion to have support team availability forever.
Useless app. Debits the money but never issues the ticket.

Very disappointing app. Just when you are finished making payment, you get a mail saying seat is not confirmed and your money will be refunded.
After i uninstalled and installed it again, it doesn't show my future, past or cancelled bookings. Please resolve the issue.
Fraud app. Booked ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore. Amount debited but ticket not issued.Till date no refund. No proper support. Worst app

Offer is not true and also it shows seat available when enter first time and when apply offer the same seat is vanished
There is no option to check booked ticket(upcoming). It gives only completed and cancelled tickets.
Worst app I booked a ticket 11th sep 2017 and bus was cancel but not get refund . Don't download this app there is no support from customer care when once ticket booked there is no responsibility for customer
Bruh..I never knew I was going to use this app on a regular basis. It never disappoints me and it is completely reliable. 10/10

After reading some reviews, I m writing this App for some long time a had never came across the issue mentioned. Booking, cancelation, refunding, and all the only issue I found in some times my wallet got disappeared, after logout and login it appears.. Also all the offers working fine.. But rupay cash back only takes 30days as mentioned.. Have to wait and see will the offer amount will credits r not... For sure it's a very very good app.. Hats off redbus...
