Horrible experience.... submitted a hell lot of proof and documents and its in processing status of past 16days...even Cashe and early salary app proved my loan which I applied after smart coin...now its of no use and Im uninstalling the app....last but not the least a discussion was of WhatsApp customer service

It's a good app to get loan. Just one thing through whatsapp no getting any response. Please improve it, also let me know what is min time to process the payment.

I have been paying my loans on-time for almost a 6 months now. Still my account is locked saying it cannot be processed. Paying high interest Igor availing emergency, if not providing loans. No point in having this app, not going to use it anymore
