How to use:
Settings:
One time exercise to personalize the App experience as per your requirement
Tracking Mileage or logging Trip
Choose 'add trips' from the main screen and add initial details like odometer reading, origin etc. of the trips and hit start. After completing the journey enter final details and save the trip. For your convenience app will try to autofill almost all of the trip details after your first trip, you can configure auto fill feature from settings section.
Tracking Expenses
For tracking your vehicle-related expenses like, Fuel, Service, Toll, Fine etc., Choose 'add expense' from the main section and add all the details like date, odometer reading, total cost etc. The app will auto fill the Odometer reading and will calculate total cost in case you have entered expense quantity and rate.
Exporting the Report
You can configure the export options in the print section and export the mileage report in PDF or CSV format.
Synchronize your expenses and mileage data with the cloud server
App will try to automatically sync data with cloud server for back-purpose, after syncing you can access your logs from any device using the web portal @ www.cloudtravelog.com

App is good but a little annoying when putting in end kilometres. You have to click on add trip again and then takes you to currently running trip, which is confusing. Fix this and you'll get 5 stars

Still getting the hang of it thus far it appears to be easy to use. It does drain battery. I don't necessarily need duration feature but it appears that is only way location feature works. For that reason I give it a 4.

Great app apart from the fact that there seems to be no way to print a expense report from the website even though the app says that you can. I can print trip data but not expenses. Changed to 5 stars. Developer responded quickly and fixed issue!

Awesome app, saves having to write in a log book. Sometimes it struggles to grab my end location, but I figured out if you close the app after starting it then reopening it at my destination, it grabs my GPS location. Small annoyance but still worth 5 stars at the moment.

Great car log app. Log for multiple vehicles. Metric & Imperial settinhs. Business/Private/Other. Manual input or GPS (I use manual to save battery). Able to review and edit entries if necessary. Also track vehicle expenses. Provides summary reports. Has cloud sync feature. Free version with ads but they don't interfere too much. App really well done. Thank you.

Hi Mate,Any chance i can read odometer image & convert it in text as initial reading & final reading of the trip???i can see few image to text converting app but cannot see one of them as a logbook app.would be a great help if you can add this..just a suggestion. thanks.

This app is simple enough to allow me to make quick documentation of my trips for work. My company shut off our previous service and this is actually faster and easier. Glad I found this app!

Great that you guys have taken some of our suggestions and implemented them, can you possibly also look into being able to show yearly totals (as in financial year july-june) and look into the print option as the details entered can be too long and write over the next column.

But... 3 things I'd like to see added: 1) the option to "pause" if there is a break in my journey. 2) an option to save 2/3 different car details and select whichever is relevant for respective trip and 3) option to view/print log chronologically despite logging earlier trips after later ones

Couple of new bugs observed after the last update : 1. Randomly, trips go "missing" from the list view in Trips and Reports. However, the total KMs on the home page shows the correct total. Also, the missing trip shows up if we export the data to pdf/csv. 2. Average speed shows infinity km/h for manual entries made using the quick trip option. This happens even if the start/end times and exact kms are entered correctly. Please fix :)
