It's a very time consuming app. Checking in and checking out is a very big problem. We cannot delete or edit any visits, once we create them. Daily Call reports submitted do not reach back office. Very frustrating app.

Finding location is too slow and problem on punching in and out and also pin is not working

Whenever i try to punch-in or out it shows the notification that "unable to get your updated location please try after some time" even though i am using high speed internet and location is on. so to get punch -in and out ,I have to clear cache and log-in and log out for several times. This happens every next day. Also it consumes battery a lot.

It takes lot of time for every action, some times no t get punched in on time. For travelled distance actual is more than 20% higher and almost all the times showing punch in and out area is some were away. Till many issues like this. Please rectify those issues. I have sent mail along with screen shot of app issues. Compare than mobile web page is OK.
