Complaints section is fake. I have made a complaint about fast meter. But no one entertained that complaint. And instead they sent me a msg that your complaint has been resolved. But no one did anything to solve the problem. And I again made complaint 2 times, but they same result. The fake solution message. It's like making fool of customers.

Although bill payment through the app was successful, it was not confirmed. No page to show that yes, bill has been paid. It was only when i received my bank's messages of the amount deduction and i was confirmed of the bill payment. Later i had to manually check whether bill has been really paid or not. There is no automatic page which redirects you to show that bill has been paid or not. May be some more bugs can be fixed by the developers to function it smoothly.

But net banking payment problem, net banking web page in this app micro view, so costumer I'd & password feeding very difficult. So improve the view of web page. Solve this problem.

Dear PSPCL App team, I have made the payment of my electricity bill on 9th Dec 2016 & transaction was successful. I also recieved the Receipt & message for the same.This was my 1st transaction on app & today when i received the new bill,It has mentioned that previous payment is still due with penality.How ?What's this issue ? I already paid the full amount on due date. And one more thing i am not able to view my previous bill of december month. It's not in the list. Why ? Please resolve these both issues.

Surprised. I made a complaint by the app 11:50 pm regarding power fluctuation and within 10 minutes I got a call regarding my complaint and by 12:20 am the executives showed up at our residence. Keep up the good work. But it's a suggestion please do send some professional executives and provide them uniforms so that they could be recognised easily.

very very bad app. whomsoever made this learn from Paytm or Freecharge. PSPCL you tie up with Paytm or any digital wallets for bill payments. Every electricity board or corporation is on digital wallets for bill payments except PSPCL.

In this app there should also be the section by which we can simply find the mobile no of the concerned local dealing office person and there should be time limit of allotments of work. I have complaint two times by SMS and another one from app. Complain no allowted and still work not assigned to any body from the last two hours. Is it the service you are offering and after that itook one mobile no by calling 1912 but on that no that person is not responding and cutting my call. Totally waste of time and poor service.

While editing mail and contact number registered with the account it is saying mailbox limit exceeded. Server not responding. Though i received the otp but continuously asking for the new otp

Sir when i add my number for singup i say server problem cannot connect now or unable to generate OTP .. i use 4g net

Worst service. Even at last date of bill it is showing that your bill is not uploaded on server and secondly additional changes on debit and credit card. Digital india

Great digital India modiji. This app is charging 1% extra for making digital payment with debit card. Tried paying through net banking, failed 10 times.

This have have lots of problem. First I was unable to see my bill as it was showing some type of error from last 4 months n now I'm unable to sign in when I put my number for verification code coz I uninstalled the app then re-installed it again becoz I wanted this app to work.. Pls look into the matter.

Complaint is not register for correct area i choose my model town area (Ds model town) but when i register my complaint thay show (ds j nagar )area. And then i receive comment out of area. Plz solve it. Other wise plz close this app. So that we can not wast over time.

Address correction options required. Like spelling correction in name and address coz pspcl employees always make mistakes in this area at the time of submitting details. So if u provide this option consumers can make corrections.

The app is nice but payment through debit/credit card should be free and in wallet option paytm should be added as it is the most famous e wallet service these days. Thanks

This is a nice app. But does not provide for autopay. You should provide the option to deduct directly from my bank account if I sign up for it 3-4 days before the due date.

Pls develop inter connectivity with UPI, PayTM etc so that digital payments can become easy. I did not even find PSPCL under HDFC netbanking Billers so that I could add it as Biller for automatic payment of my bills.

nice app but, plz sir do something about this when all process is complete when go to payment mode selection, when select the net banking, then next process its not working and show error
