Presso Local Delivery Service

Even after placing order nobody show up to pick up. I am regular customer having placed so many orders but now a days service is getting bad

I had given 8 clothes for ironing and 2 for dry cleaning. Clothes given for ironing are delivered 2 days after promised delivered date but clothes for dry cleaning are not yet delivered. Moreover the customer care number is switched off.

It was cool to use initially . now they have restricted the slots and I'm trying to book a slot for half n hour. Not possible to do that. Atleast share the slots which are available .. Frustrating

Initially these guys had good support and service. But these days there are bunch of issues. First auto sms dont come so u have no way of contacting guy doing delivery or pickup. App throws in back pending bill balance just like that. Two time i paid such balance but realized they loot u with proper algorithm in their app probably. Third issue is these days they dont have phone or mail support and deliveries are delayed randomly by day or two so u r bhagawan bharose for ur costly cloths.

I wish I could give it a 0 star or may be negative. Absolutely disappointed with the service.Th e support staff is rude.My order was auto completed and the pick up was never made.This has happened thrice already in 2 days.There was no intimation from the company that why is this happening and when called they were rude enough to tell me that they are over loaded with the work and thus not entertaining "just ironing".I do not know why its still there as a option in the app.Please do not install this as this is just a waste of time and these people are not dependable. If possible go for the competition.

Not to be trusted!! They never turn up, the requests get canceled automatically. No phone assistance.

My first order is delayed by 2 days than the delivery date with no updates. App shows order status as processing though the delivery date is passed. No idea when they are planning to deliver it. I have been trying to reach them but number given in help is being attended by workers who do not have update for me. Not happy with the service.

I had placed my order, but nobody came to pick up and when the regular contact number to call for customer is not in service since last many days. Initially they were very good and punctual but not sure whether they have shut shop.

There is no mechanism to find out nos of clothes given. They show cloths delivered even when they have not. I have lost cloths whenever I have given in bulk.

I m not able to check my presso money in d app. Also i havn't got my referral money credited to my account ever. Bad experience.

Nobody picked cloths.. not even called for my order. Very bad service. I will not give one star too.

They mark the orders as delivered even before the orders are picked up. They are also not reachable on the call.

Worst service, even application doesn't work sometimes , got JAVA error many times, annoying

Convenient for today's lifestyle but quality of work is poor

They are not taking their businesse seriously. I have placed order two times in a week but no response. Their call center number is also swithed off...they can stool your cloths

Slots have restricted and no on time pick up and delivery now. getting worse day by day

Order thrice. Clothes never picked up.

I have been a customer since long and suddenly after the recent update its asking me login again and then a black box appears on submitting my login credentials and then it disappears. Does not go beyond that. Please fix this asap.

I am using this app since long time and I have reffered to many friends ... However suddenly my presso money got nullified... No one from presso is replying on emails & not even picking my calls on customer care number... Unhappy :(

I have made 2 accounts from my both of the cellphone. Now i am having only one cell. I am trying to logout my current account and order from other account but i am not able to find logout option in application.

First time user...coupon code didn't work...raised concern twice...but no respond from them...highly disappointed

Clothes not delivered in the time slot...no one picking up the customer service number...

Waste ever.. i placed an order using the app but no service provided and order was showing a delivered

Installed this app after hearing from a friend but it is behaving in a wired manner. Blank pages of rate list. Not able to place order, so uninstalled it

just need to work on the UI a bit....

Service use be good but with time it has worsened. Orders are not picked up on time now, pickup/delivery guys are very unprofessional, clothes are getting exchanged with other customers.

I don't know what change have you made to your app but the OTP is not coming to mobile number. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the OTP feature is not working. Also you should have a call feature incase if OTP is not coming with resend..

Express delivery order they delivered in 24 hours after so many follow ups. Also collected additional charges of 100 rs. They agreed to pay in account and later on denied. Kindly do not order from presso.

Uninstalled it! Try improve performance or OTP service..

Guys beaware. This company is fraud. They do not have any shop in pimple saudagar. Had a bad experience. My cloths are not returned yet. No one is picking up phone from last few days.
