UPI Send Receive Payments

UPI should be implemented in reverse, when we are in queue, we know whom we are going to pay. Only unknown factor is the amount. If we can select the vendor before reaching the counter and reach the page where we can simply enter the amount and pin after finishing the order, it will be much faster. Also, we should be able to pick between UPI or Zup before doing anything. The current process makes it more complicated and slower than it should be.

Ever since this upi thing, it sucks. Not able to add money now. Im not able to register for upi too, so no offers. Just subscribed for offers and that fee is now down the drain. It used to be awesome in 2016

Zup sucks!! Tried to transfer money, they took my money and showed failed transaction. So i am out of money and no balance in zup also. Bad service!! Tried to contact regarding this, no replies. Totally crappy. Please don't use the app!

Doesn't show when money has been added or withdrawn from wallet immediately. Often causes the user to think that the transaction has failed and to repeat the transaction, and thus causing losses to the user.

Zup closed down suddenly at most outlets at IITM without any warning to its users. Now I have money on Zup, but none are accepting Zup anymore. Worse, Zup is not transferring my money back. This is fraud!

Many stores in IIT-Madras have stopped accepting zup. How do I get my money already in zup back now?

Ever since UPI was added, I'm unable to recharge wallet. App is worthless. After uninstalling and reinstalling, I'm unable to use my registered Mobile no previously. So, worthless again.

it is the worst app i have ever seen my rs 500 got stuck in its wallet and now it has no use.

It's saying network error for everything! I'm not able to use my money!! So dissapointed.
