I've use it for 5 years now. Very easy and convenient.

It will not allow me to set up a tenant, without telling me there is no building so when I go to add building it tells me to add owner. I go to add owner, it tells me to add tenant. How in the hell do I set it up?

The cloud is useless. But the app is a life saver. Broke my phone but was able to recover all data onto my tablet.

I downloaded rent tracker would have really liked except you have no way to delete anything if entered wrong or twice. And could not make expenses recurring. So I downloaded rent tracker cloud . Everything I try to enter owner, it closed. Emailed company but have not heard back yet. Would like help because I really liked what I could see.

Great app I rent out 2 duplexes, I was using this app about 2 years ago but then I went to a windows phone and couldn't find an app like it, now I am back to android and nice to have this app back

I was searching for something that could generate receipts to the tenant like landlordy but this was a disappointment

Faulty faulty, not worth the hastle of trying to get it to function

Please add features to other payments like deposit, late payment fee, etc. Emergency contact person for tenants is also important

Bad app I have it installed on my phone and my iPad will not sync together and will not sync to its own cloud

Wish you can allow adding picture for receipt in expense. And user define categories.

I just replaced my phone and the data I had entered on the app would not restore to replacement phone. What a waste of time!

Keeps crashing when trying to add a new payment for a tenant.

great app. user friendly. needs a bit of inprovement like letting the owner chokse the lease length but am sure future versions will get back.

Only allowed me to enter 3 tenants and when I tried to purchase the 10 tenant package it said the payment method this app uses is no longer supported by the play store smh. So I can't even input all of the info I need till they fix their payment problem smh.

I paid for the ability of adding extra tenants. Then I found some bugs, When using the note field and reports and also no option to alter date format to d/m/y. Developer said use cloud version as this is no longer being worked on! Would have been nice to know before I paid for it.

Dear Developer, Please add these important features to your app: 1. Under Expenses, please allow me to set up a recurring expense (mortgage, HOA dues, Cleaning Service, Garden Service, etc) ... I do not want to have to go into every property every month and add every single expense when 90% of them recur monthly/weekly/quarterly Please add a tab under the expenses where I can choose if the expense is a recurring expense (yes or no) and what the recurrence is (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) 2.
