BHIM - MAKING INDIA CASHLESS for Android
App is quite good and shows the hardwork behind its making. But maybe some technical improvements needed which it cant explain. And why this is not available on Windows phone store ? Windows phone has low market share but much more than iPhone. Hence I dont think there is any reason to avoid a platform which is still used by much of Indian public.
Hello Bhim Developers, Since none of your pages are working where I can raise issue , I am raising it here, the very first moment I added my another account which is link with second sim , my first account upi pin is not working (in BHIM only) and second I am not able to set UPI for my second account. By not working I mean that whenever I go for any transaction or balance enquiry , after entering pin bhim again loads from the first screen and that transaction does not complete. Kindly reply
Can NPCI provide features/Support for BHIM like - 1) use mobile no./AADHAR No. At store for shopping/purchase and it send us SMS which has ONE TIME PASSWORD to complete payment at shop. OR 2)use UPI pin to complete payment like use of ATM at merchant. Very convenient when internet is off/not available. *No need of Internet connectivity for payment.
Very good App!! Work awesome, Instant payment. No need for any wallets. Very secure as well as this needs to be on mobile, which carries a sim with mobile number registered in your bank. Now a days it is supported on Ola, BookMyShow, My Jio etc. Government should push all e-commerce platforms to adopt this and make this as mandatory. Also government should push HPCL, BPCL, Electricity discoms to accept this.
It's a very good app ,simple ,fast and even works with very low data consumption. But one negative side is, nobody is there from BHIM app to resolve our queries. I lost an amount of Rs.6000 in a transaction. It's not credited back to my account till the date and no customer care executive attended my calls and emails. Thank you.
Its really very innovative...I love using it...But why on 31st jan today none of bank server's were responding to this app. While a person like me who wants to use this more often, when does not get support it feels really bad. You people either should notify due the month end app will not work., If this was the condition it is not at all good & people willing to use this option will shy off surely. This has really disappointed me today....& Hey Don't tell me this is a eclipse effect...????????????
Since you have asked. My feedbacks are following- - It should effectively work to do NEFT and RTGS Transaction for bank not in UPI. - It should be enabled to add more than one bank account to reduce bank specific UPI app. - Limit to perform transaction should increased by way of double layer amount input and app should tell transaction value prior to commit the transaction. This will avoid / reduce typo errors .
Not able to sign in even after trying to verify mobile for 10 times 10 sms send but process is still not done. if you want to make india digital first learn to develop and mange a app like google tez, one of the best app even paytm works better than Bhim, This app is respect of our nation please maintain it.
A nice app, easy and fast. A feature must be added to set different vpa or UPI id for different bank accounts with same mobile number, like in "axis pay" app which provide to set UPI id for every bank account added. This will clear the confusion, to/from which account money will get credited/debited in future. It will be a very nice feature if added. Also it must be able to fetch beneficiary bank a/c name when adding through Aadhar or IFSC +a/c no., Just as a confirmation.
Hey BHIM by NPCI really good intiative and handy for instant transfer of money. Its been working good. Few days back I have changed my mobile. The issue is too see my balance if I give the UPI pin its then ita opens as first and doesnot shows the balance... Whats the reason for this problem???
I love this app and love how convenient it has become for me to make transactions directly thorugh my bank account. I just have a small problem. During a transaction, when we write some remarks, we can only use alphanumeric characters. I think it would be better if you could make changes so that we could also use special characters (brackets, commas, period, hyphen etc.). If you can even let us use emojis, it would be fantastic.
BHIM team what are you doing guys....? Since last two days it has been deducted 30 ₹ amount from my mobile balance just because I've done a very big fault to change mobile phone. As I've seen there are many users facingthe same issue then why don't you sort it out..? Still My sim (mobile no.) is unrecognizable to your database. If many are facing the same then it's better to switch from this to "phone pay" like "ease to use" app where we can add more than 1 bank accounts.
Working great and soon it will be the number one app for transactions the only issue i m getting is transaction limit. Their may be an option for user to opt for higher transaction limits on their own risk. If user want to. They can increase decrease the limit anytime currently only 10000 per transaction and only 20000 per day its too low. What about big businesses like transferring 2 lakh etc i think it should have better limits for realy going cashless. What is the issue in it its on the record that where the money transacted. Its not cash payment which have no records. And another issue is its not accepting alphabets in account number i have one bank account which has alphabets in account number from kotak mahindra bank. I m unable to transfer money to it. I hope you can understand this issue and will provide better solution for it.
Latest updates not working properly. It says select mobile model and send SMS from registered mobile after that this app opened but after that this app automatically restarted then ask same procedure. What is the solution? There is no use for uninstall and reinstall because same problem occurred what to do?
The app is bit slow. Limitation in amount transfer when compared with other apps like tez. No simultaneous multiple account usage. I think the developers need to be more concerned about the app updates. While the other UPI apps seem to be more effective compared to Bhim. Bring the good features out man, show some competitive spirit.
It's good but it does not have direct support team. As when i transferred some amount today amount was taken from my account but not transferred as it is showing pending. Don't know what to do as when i called tollfree they said bhim is third party. So i need an immediate action because this amount should reach today itself. Don't let me down. Please help.
There is no option like inputting an OTP if the smart device that we use is not having any sim slot and you use your main sim in a non-smart mobile. I'm the kinda person who use a basic mobile for my calling purposes and a smart tablet for internet usage. I'm waiting for this fix for a long time!
App is very good and easy to use and understand. But customer care support and helpline numbers are very pathetic. My transaction is failed. Amount will be debited. No reply for any email and calls. After 7 days my money is refunded. Please be careful for high amount. Above 5000 also a big amount for some situations. I simply suggest improve customer care and help line numbers for customer belief. I give 4 (* * * *) star for app. And customer care (-)negitive stars.
Once take out the Sim from tray and again re-insert its started asking for Reregistration . why?? if i have inserted the same sim again why doesn't it Detect that. Reregistration deduct ₹ 1.5 every time .I strongly didn't like that and I won't suggest anyone to install and use!!!
Just installed. Showing Error 3 times in getting OTP while I already got OTP. Error in login. When i requested accnt balance again there is an error. Not a good experience but i like the app new and good initiative. one for all kinda platform. hope app will be better in coming days with more options. Like it would be good if we can add more than 1 bank.
It has the potential to change India !!! Re- Since you asked I liked ease of making payments, specifically in real time. I would love it to have simultaneous support for multiple banks. Right now, only one bank can be selected as default from the list.
Hi, Bhim is a very good and usefull app for every one. Everybody should aware and use it. No doubt about it. But there is a problem for me that everytime it ask me to verify my mobile number even after i have verified already. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
I have verified my number for 30 times still it asks me for verification whenever I reopen it. Every time it costs 38 paise... 30×38=Rs.11.40.. Isn't it a big amount for free service...?? And it has no stop point....
A bit confusing n buggy during initial set up. Please mention CLEARLY that two different passwords are needed to set up in this app. Setting /Resetting UPI pin is very confusing. But once ur done, its absolutely fantastic. Jai BHIM!
Very much simplified. But when money is debited and your transaction got failed it becomes a mammoth task to get back your money.. I am waiting for more than 24 hours but I can not get my money back... I have already written it to the provided email address but my problem is yet to be sorted.
Please give bill payment option like electricity and insurance premiumIndian post payment bank, other co-operative bank wich provides credit card, atm card, debit card is not available please add co-operative bank other remains bank, I have two accounts in same bank with other branch I can't operate both accounts. And it hasn't more facilities other than transfer money. Other apps give this facility, which may not secure as this app. So please add all necessary facilities
Fantastic app to do all the online transactions. To all the users, the problem with funds not getting transferred to recipient account can happen due to network issues. Make sure, you have a good and stable network connection before initiating money transfer. And their refund process do work. Just raise the issue and wait.
We know that its a good way to transfer amount quickly and easily. But one of my transaction has got stuck in between. I did a transfer on Saturday night. Its still showing pending and amount is already deducted but not credited to my beneficiary. Kindly help me out.
Great app! But, would like to give a suugestion, enable the option of NFC payment so that we can pay anywhere, anyone with just a tap. As there is no NFC enabled payment apps in India, It is a great opputunity for BHIM to become the first one.
Today when I tried to login in the app, it didn't respond. So after few tries I uninstalled and installed it again. Now the SIM that is linked to my bank account is unable to receive any verification messages sent by Bhim app. Otherwise it is working fine with calls and msgs being sent. Kindly look into this issue. It's urgent. ASAP
Name me an app which requires sending sms to verify mobile number when the user is connected to internet. This was the first turn off while signing up for the app. Don't know why technological backwardness has always been the hallmark of any government initiative.
I'm very unhappy with this app it worked for 5 days and today it started saying error occurred try again later. I urgently wanted to transfer funds and it became no use. I had to use imps at last. If someone could fix it pls do. If not I will remove it
App z good to use. I concerned about app name.. making india cashless means, what u r trying to say? Already we are cashless, r u revealing our situation to the world? Pls change it something catchy or "make India digital" "even ur money now in digital" etc..
Fantastic app! But one suggestion: When adding the name and bank account, a pop up or can have check box below to add as beneficiary. This is not possible now. I have to go and add beneficiary and then send. If didn't add as beneficiary then everytime had to give name and bank account
Works fine . I have been using bheem app form it's first day of launching. Earlier there were some issues but after few updates, problems have been solved. Now money transfer is very easy. It's my request that please add "BANGIYA GRAMIN VIKASH BANK " in the bank name list.
From yesterday onwards this app doesn't shows my account details. Whenever I open this app it request for my mobile number verification and each time an sms is send through my sim. And my sim balance is decreasing and it shows they can't verify my mobile number. Disgusting. And the main thing is that bhim is already used in my mobile. And from yesterday onwards it reacts like this.
App is very good and fast working till 30/10/2017. Now I have a issue. On 1 St Nov I transferred money and my account is debited but receiver account is not credited. And while I am raising issue about it customer care services is not able to solve my issue. Very bad experience with customer service it is continuously engage or not responding to a call while it was ringing.
Works well! The usability of this app is something brilliant. Well done :) Update: was unable to add any text to the remarks field while completing an online payment. Not sure if there is some other place to submit bugs
Never seen such a pathetic app. Request to all , don't use this app. I dont understand how gvt release this app. Amount get deducted from bank account 5days back but not credited to my another account yet. Raised issue but no luck. If you don't want to lose your hard-earned money then never use it.

Don't use Bhim app it is cheated us I was transferred amount but not credited to recipient account and not reversed back to my account. I have mail regarding this matter but still not given single reply. After 17 days no one gets a single reply Bhim app very poor don't used other wise you loss your money Customer service centre ever time busy
