Immunize - Vaccination Tracker

Immunize is a simple vaccination scheduler for parents. Based on few inputs such as date of birth and gender of your child it generates schedule for 18 years. Immunization schedule is generated based on guidelines provided by United states Centre of disease Control (CDC) and Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP). The inbuilt functionality provides advance one day notification alert for due vaccination. App provides enough flexibility to add, update or delete auto generated list items based on your child’s requirements or based on pediatrician recommendations. You can use edit functionality to update completed vaccination items with description of batch number and other details.

App supports following list of features
Auto generated schedule based on date of birth, country and gender of child using Centre of disease Control (CDC) and Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) guidelines
Flexibility to modify, delete or add new items in schedule
Doctor visits and well being check up visit can also be added
Optional notification alert one day before and on due date
Overdue and completion status for easy tracking
Dose number marked as superscript eg. HepB1
Search functionality based on vaccine description or age
Simple user interface easy to learn as functionality similar to industry standards

Uses intuitive user interface to provide status of vaccination, description of vaccination and date (after and before) so that you will not miss your child’s vaccination appointment. Simple search functionality provides to search items in schedule by name of vaccine or by age range.

You can also add preventive care- well being check up visits or any other doctor’s (Health care provider) scheduled or unscheduled visits for better tracking of kid’s health history.
