O2 - Home Appliance Repair

I placed a service request for regular maintenance of my AC. Nothing has happened since then! It said I can escalate this after 72 hours. Even after 96 hours the app says the same! So don't waste your time with this or rather any other app!!! Call for your local technician!

Raised a service request 2 weeks ago. Nothing happened ever since. No call no update no email just pin drop silence

Previously I fixed my BlackBerry using O2, now I have a new experience to share. My Sony Laptop's battery wasn't working, but once again O2 came to rescue. The call center guys called me, fixed an appointment and delivered and tested the battery at my door step. The new colors in the app are more appealing than the previous one. Thanks guy keep up the good work!

I used O2 yesterday for my microwave oven, I made a service request and within few minutes I received service request call and on next day. Service engineer visited my place and he repaired it with genuine charges. So five stars for o2 for such a excellent service.

I am using this app to keep my warranty bills on my device and few days back i raised a service Request and got resolved without any inconvenience.

I have used O2 oxygen app for the maintenance and repair for my home appliances of various different brand and I loved the experience with there quick and end to end support. They have designed the app so well that customer feels very satisfied with their services as one stop solution for repair and maintenance for all their household appliances and other member and their friends can also get to know which type of appliances are much better by looking at friend's home appliances portfolio. This is a superb App.... I downloaded O2- Home Appliances Repair App by a friend's recommendation and its been a blessing. Its a totally hassel-free app, very well designed. Even raising a service request was so easy (just few taps on phone). The service is quite prompt. Now no need to search from the phone numbers or email ids for the repair of my electrical equipments. Great idea..Loved the user interface. Extremely easy to use. A must for every household. Best part is that it is not restricted to you only as you can also help out your not so techno savvy loved ones by adding there appliances and putting on there address at the time of initiating the service request and saving them from the hassles of irritating phone calls. Over other things, you can always open the app and check out how many appliances you own :P

I get to know about this app from one of my friends & it's relly cool....Basically it's idea of managing all my home appliances at a single place is good. I think this is the first app that's easing out common men headache of keeping all the appliances related info properly.
