V good initiative by up government. But on feedbacks by complainant no one look into on this app. because after disposel of grievance it came in notice that the concern action taken by official has not been uploaded they tricked on resolution of grievances

Neta sudhar jaenge pr sarkari adhikari kabi nhi sudhrenge.Abi toh 1 hi department m complaint ki h jal Nigam koi fark nhi padta inko aur state k sabse bade officer ko bi request ki koi fayda nhi. CM sir delete kr do iss app ko sarkari adhikari aise hi rahenge 30 days ka reminder aur kr dia h fir toh kabi kaam nhi ho paeyga. Sir Jo officer 24 hours m action na le uske against strict action hona chahiye kb tk Inn government employees ko liberty dete rahenge aur ye sote rahenge. Humara Desh bahut aage hota agar ye officers sahi hote. Sirf 10 percent hi sahi h baki kaam nhi krna chahte.

No response from any officials, after due time they wrongly disposed my grievance, after feedback no action has been taken, still pending, no one is monitoring what is quality of disposal, no action against any responsible officer, totally waste of time, worst app,

This app is very useful to the people who want to complain against any issue to government system. which is related to the public or govt. Servants. But grassroot label officer doesn't take any action against the guiltiest people or officer who have evolved in corruption.

Aap is best for complaint , in up govt. sector but App need few more advance . If Aap creator want to ask me they may ask. Thank you Santhosh Sharmaa

No action has been taken on my complaint, status of my complaint is still pending since last one years (Oct 2016) govt is making fool to people.

Problem resolved by officer on app, only small action taken, problem is pending on ground level. On app, all problem have been resolved, is wrong information provided by officer on jansuwai app.

Good app but useless.. People disposed off the problem wrongly without doing anything stating that this problem doesn't belong to their department .. Complaints are being fooled

Good initiative by Yogi ji, but officer/department are just doing formalities, There is NO Response of FEEDBACK section, it seems to be presently NO IMPLEMENT OR NOT taking care of FEEDBACK. Hoped it will be implemented soon

Nothing is done but complaint is shown as disposed falsely. A useless app for people must be scraped immediately.

I have submitted complaint on 19th sept against UP DGME for refund two lac on account of unethical admission activities of Inderprasth Dental College Gaziabad for admission of my daughter in BDS first year but there is no response from DGME UP as well as Chief Minister Office

Only transfer of problem from one department to another and every department is giving only one answer "this is not related to my department". Making fool to public!

No any advantage of this app because the ground level officers upload baseless and some time false report . On the basis of such report the complaint is shown solved.High level officials approve the baseless report.

यह माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी की अच्छी सुविधा है। लेकिन नीचे के अधिकारी निष्पक्ष जाँच नही करते हैं । मैंने एक शिकायत दर्ज किया था । जिसे न्यायालय में विचारधीन दिखाकर निस्तारित कर दिया गया। और अतिक्रमण कर्ता पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी।

UP GOVERNMENT KI BAHUT HI ACCHI SCHEME. Ham complaints to karte hi pr unki jaanch sahi se ni hoti hi Adhikari jyadatar mamlo mein galat janch report dete hi.

ये बिल्कुल बकवास ऐप है इसमें शिकायत तो दर्ज होती है लेकिन निस्तारण भी केवल ऐप में ही होता है जमीनी नही. योगी जी को पब्लिक को गुमराह करने से अच्छा ये ऐप को बंद कर दें ना चाहिए मैंने राशन कार्ड के लिए request ki थी जिसका ऐप मे निस्तारण हो गया लेकिन मुझे कुछ response नही मिला।

Yogi ji, please ensure complains get effective and fast resolution. Most of the complains get response that it is not related to their office.

केवल एप लांच होने से बदलाव नहीं आ सकता योगी जी, अधिकारियों पर भी कानून होने चाहिए, कोई भी मामला पंद्रह दिन से ज्यादा लंबित नहीं रहना चाहिए। जब एक मामले को सुलझाने में चार महीने लगें तो इस एप का कोई मतलब नहीं है

जनसुनवाई ऐप पोर्टल एक अच्छा ऐप है। इसमें कार्यवाही को भी प्राथमिकता दिया जाता है, परंतु कुछ विभागों के निचले स्तर के अधिकारी/कर्मचारियों के मिली-भगत, भ्रष्टाचार के कारण कार्यवाही केवल कागज़ों में ही सिमट कर रह जाती है।

इसमे बस आख्या लगाकर निस्तारित दिखा रहे है जबकी कोई कार्यवाही नही हो रही है ।।अवैध अतिक्रमण पर बस इसकी टोपी उसके सर वाला हाल है ङीएम एसङीएम को एसङीएम रा0नि0 को बस निर्देश दे रहे है हो कुछ नही रहा है । बेकार एप है ।

मेरे शिकायत का निस्तारण भी हो गया। मुझे पता भी नही चला। मैंने फीडबैक में फिर शिकायत भेजी। मेरे फीडबैक का क्या हुआ मुझे नही पता। फीडबैक को चेक करने या उसका स्टेटस जानने का कोई विकल्प एप में नही है।

No doubt Application is very useful किन्तु अधिकारी समस्या निस्तारण में अपनी मनमानी करते हैं और उस पर कभी ध्यान नहीँ दिया जाता है । शिकायतकर्ता सन्तुष्ट हो अथवा नहीँ किन्तु यह जांच का विषय है की शिकायत का निस्तारण निष्पक्ष रूप से एवम नियमानुसार किया गया है । मुझे बड़ी उम्मीद थी क्योंकि प्लेटफार्म बहुत ही अच्छा था किन्तु निराशा ही हाथ लगी ...????

complains had been transphered from one department to other department ; and final twist tab atta hai jab apki complain request ko close kr diya jatta hai without taking any action.

there is no doubt that platform is very good.. but i will totally depends on dealing officers that how sincerely they work to solve public grievance.

इस सेवा को बंद कर दें इससे आम जन को कोई लाभ नही हो रहा हैं ये बाबुओ के हाथ की कठपुतली बन गया था । मैं ऐसे कई उदाहरण दे सकता हैं जिसमें बिना कार्यवाही के ही शिकायत का निस्तारण कर दिया गया । जन सुनवाई प्रणाली पर रिमाइंडर सुनने वाला कोई नही हैं ।

आत्म संतुष्टी के लिए अच्छा है।लगता है कि किसी योग्य अधिकारी तक हमारी बात गई होगी।निस्तारण की कोई जिम्मेदारी/समयसीमा नहीं।

जनसुनवाई ऐप एक अच्छा ऐप है लेकिन विभाग के निचले अधिकारी कर्मचारियों की मिलीभगत से कार्यवाही सिर्फ कागजों में निपट जाती है लेकिन वास्तव में अधिकारी समस्या का निस्तारण किये बिना ही निस्तारित दिखा देते हैं जो कि उनको टालने में सही समझते हैं फीडबैक का कोई देख रेख नही है जो कि सुधारने की अति आवश्कता है क्योंकि अधिकारी समस्या निस्तारण में अपनी मनमानी करते हैं और उसपर कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता शिकायकर्ता संतुष्ट है या नही की किन्तु यह जांच का विषय है।

It's very good app. Very usefull. It saves time & money. Officers can not deny for not doing any work which is directly related to public. By using this app common man get benifited .

This was actually require at this time where people want solution quickly with efficient way . But working method of govt dot also show through this portal dept take too much time to resolve even small issues .

रिमाइंडर की समय सीमा घटाकर 30 दिन से 1 हफ्ते की जानी चाहिए फाइनल रिपोर्ट लगाने के लिए मात्र 14 दिन का समय दिया जाना चाहिए

At police level only complaint is limited to IG level. DGP should be included
