I tried to book new connection with broadband. All goes well till end, but it fails at final payment. And entire application form filling goes waste. Kindly correct your payment section ASAP. Also save the form at each stages, so that we do not need to fill it again. Resolutions of major bugs needed to get 5 stars.

Worst App I had seen in my life, I don't have word to describe. Ever time it ask for CA number if you want to do anything. What is use of registration ? I am surprised to see 3.2 rating. I salutes who gave more than 1 rating to this app.

App is ok-ok. Useful for bill payment, landline/broadband fault registeration and tracking. Though need for major detailing of app is felt in almost all of its aspects when mtnl app is compared with apps provided by other telephone/mobile company's.

Pathetic app, needless to say. Even after logging-in, it asks for Telephone and CA number every time you want to do something. There's anyway not much you can do here. If you thought you could change bill plans, or you could book a complaint without server failure, or you could modify your profile. NO! None of this. Hell they even have a separate app for searching for service center. It needs to be a whole lot better.

Why you have put this app... When it actually uses web interface... We can access the website on our own... Typical government mentality... Just take the payments.. No customer satisfaction... Take some lessons from other Telecom providers you people and atlest work to serve bare minimum... Even BSNL has much better app...

What a pathetic app. On website there is no 2016 while downloading duplicate bill and on app even if you enter all the fields on ebill registration, it still ask to enter all mandatory fields. The one star is only because they tried making a app. You guys can do better plz improve.

One of the worst app I have seen in recent time. Third grade USer interface, lowest quality development and no testing at all. People who developed this app don't know anything about all development. Even if you enter right information none of the forms work. Keep saying incomplete information or invalid email I'd. Looks like some 10 the grade student developed this app. Or I am sure 10th grade student can do better job than this.

Trying to register myself. After putting correct information it's still saying invalid email Id. Can't move further. Need to resolve the problem

It says unable to connect to server.. however the app connects to the server for everything other than booking complaints

For every action it says invalid id. First I tried to login but it says invalid email id even if I was entering correct id. Also it was asking for alternate email id which I have never given while applying. Then I tried to pay bill but again same issue and I was getting error INVALID EMAIL even if I was entering registered email id. This is really pathetic.

MTNL MUMBAI service has become worst recently. My landline is dead from last three months. i complaint thru phone , through this website but, there is no response from them. Now i think of disconnecting my landlines.

Inspite of so many complaints here, MTNL has not bothered to address any of it. Reliance Jio is making headlines, MTNL is still having vada pav. Shameless!

I don't have an MTNL landline so I can't comment on that. For mobiles, both pre and post paid, this app is nothing but a link to the MTNL site on the net. Thereafter it requires the same interaction as the usual web page. The app needs a lot of improvement. Please add login credentials and make bills available for viewing, download or email and payment through the app. In this day and age it is barely creditable to make an app that provides shortcuts to your website.

Third class app. See the app of reliance energy.what an app reliance has created. Mtnl self care is 3rd class app. Sign in feature is not functioning. You cannot click sign in.
