Service was so bad I wish I could upload pictures here. Their guys left the place dirtier! And they don't let you submit any less than five stars. That seems like intention to cheat. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disgusting bunch of call center representatives. Hopeless and un helpful to the core. My bookings are never on time. The maids work in an unclean way and not well trained. If u love your house and ur peace of mind don't download the app. It's a waste of time

The quality of work isn't bad and the cleaners are fairly professional. You can always guide them. Very unreliable on weekday mornings. Cancelled on me at the last moment three out of the three times I've tried to request a didi at those times. But very useful if you request a later time on Sundays. I will use the service, but disappointed with weekday cancellations.

Its really useful, if you have just an hours work and do not know whom to call, but I found the service to be just Okay.

Is notification bar used only for offers?

Used to be a great service. Been slipping up a bit lately. I wish they get back to what they used to be!

We have only used this service once but we had a very positive experience with it. I'm looking forward to using it again, soon. Thanks for your efficient efforts in making life easier for us Didi.

It's shows fully booked every time i try to book a service

In this app we can only book the service but we should also have option to cancel and to pay online.

Please do not book with my didi if u are dependant on them for a maid on ur given slot timing..if ur lucky u shall get the said maid for that slot but most of the times it's unavailable, you will get a call from a lady saying that your slot is not available cause we do not have a maid for that time slot. They will give you a time slot of their preference and tell you bluntly this is what we have you wanna take it your choice if not take a hike. Please think 10 times before booking with them for a maid.

It is excellent and very helpful service. Those who have given a negative review have more to do with one bad experience. I have used their services umpteen times and I find them very useful and approachable . Good app. Keep it up

We paid Didi for the subscription to which they later sad that they never received. It takes 3 phone calls of pleading and about a week time to schedule, still it's a terrible experience. The Didi states she will not do this and she will not do that. Horrible, Horrible try using one of the other service providers, but don't use Task Bob since they outsource to Didi as well. I have been so fed with with these unprofessional people that I have given up on the money I paid. Thumbs up if you agree.

The name shows that you will professional lady staff and what you get is untrained staff with no uniform too. Super expensive and too slow. 2 hours and only 2 balcony and 1 washroom is cleaned with charge of 1800. This is crazy. From any other site this work is done for 800 max with professional people.

Please don't bother with this service. They take bookings without having any availability of didis. Even confirm the previous day and then can randomly cancel at any time. Really really poor service.

This is first time m using this app...and was way more than delighted with the service provided. I had selected deep cleaning through expensive as it may seem it was worth every penny. They took 4 hours to clean my entire house spotless without even waiting for a minute.

It's better that you pay the amount to a local maid or cleaner. The didi service simply did not show up on the first day of booking. After a lengthy phone conversation, fixed upon a time for the day after. Again, nobody showed up. The customer service line has been busy for half an hour. The in-app tracking doesn't work. Lots of promises and guarantees, nothing to show for it.

I had 2 days holidays for diwali, they had closed their operations. Then I booked for 3rd day at 7.30 am slot, but nobody came till 8.30, received a call at 11 am saying they won't be able to serve ever at 9 am also. They said only 1 to 2 or 4 to 5 will be available . I live alone, and this isn't favourable at all.

Choosing deep cleaning means a minimum of Rs. 600 per hour since its three people doing the job... Not worth it.. Local guy will do the job in 1/3rd the price...

I scheduled them a week back for deep cleaning but they failed to provide the service and didnt even inform me. Also, upon calling they said we dont have any availability for the same. Very poor service. Costing would be a different factor.
