Nothing works i get a alert of bus arriving after he reaches school . It is joke and scam of school and fleet management companies. I will be approaching authorities on this soon. Need some support if you guys could.

Most of the time takes too long to update trip information. When checking bus location, either doesn't connect to their servers ir takes too long to update. By that time bus is already at stop.

It has been over a month, since I got notification from DPS school, that we can use this app to login and track our kid's bus location. But facing trouble with login, and support teams are not responding even after multiple follow ups.
