There should be option to refresh to search for the device to use when pairing gets disconnected. Also the pairing has gone bad after last update. Please work on it.

Why shouldn't I be allowed to change my height? By mistake I've put height and I'm not allowed to change it now. Also the device software doesn't provide extra options like find mobile. The same option is given by other software providers for the band. Also changing devices is such a pain in the @$$. It seems like forever before the device change completes. Please resolve the above 3 issues to get 5 stars from me.

The Bluetooth connection keeps getting disconnected and i have to keep adding it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstall the app but same issue. My phone works fine with other devices

Why do u need location to be on all the time to have ur watch connected to phone?? Battery won't survive all day and phones get heated if GPS is on. Bluetooth connectivity is enough...

Latest update ruined the whole Get active product...due to need of location service always on mobile battery backup getting worse and Get active product frequent disconnecting issue...pls get rid of location service only add bluetooth service for pairing..

Doesn't sync at all!

The device gets disconnected for no reason coz of which data doesn't sync with mobile and call alert doesn't work on device. Not sure how to fix it. Neither dose the support center from app responds.

1. i was very disappointed to know that to save little battery, life wrist twist feature is disabled once connected to mobile... And no option is provided to enable it in this app...

Worked fine for the first two months. But since then, I have been unable to sync/pair device with phone.

After a while Bluetooth gets disconnected automatically hence unable to get the caller ID

Takes ages to sync.. doesn't show in paired devices list

The device is getting disconnected automatically again and again,earlier it was working fine.

They sent 10 mail notification to inform you are not using this 'awesome' app.

its good but please provide the call notification alert untill the ringing stops...

No support for other app notification like whatsapp or fb msngr. Plz provide support for notifications of different apps

Sync only works if I logout and then login again

No option to edit height. And once. Registered cannot register again. Profile editing not available for all fields.

Latest update is pathetic. No bug fixes just more bugs downloaded
