Though the app is useful it is not upto date. Even after paying the bill the app is showing the bill outstanding. Please update "my account" feature.Once the bill is paid the fact should be shown immediately. The contact numbers shown in the bill in many cases are wrong.I got it changed by approaching the JE concerned.. Please make a provision to update the mobile number also.

Have no option to paid our electricity bill ...please upgrade the app

Load is in kw how can consumer apply for 180w load., Secondly how can I logon to view the application received in my dc

Features like bill payment, payment history, detailed electricity bill view,contact number updating, adress updating for minor errors are few of the general features that should be there in this app. Also please incorporate mobile number and email alert for bill due and payment received.

It has been launched in a lot of haste. Should have come up some complete features. Almost all the features are still under construction phase. So an early launch in order to expedite the process may perhaps turn out to be deterrant. Anyways,once all the features go live, the app may prove a milestone in the journey of improvement of the discom.
