This is one of the best app and service I have come across. They really took personal interest and brought my cost down by 40% for my safari.They kept sending pictures of the parts not working and guarantee of the original. They waived off unwanted labour charges and gave me discount on parts. I am satisfied and happy.

These guys billed me for 15k but still they hv nt sent me the original bill of spare-parts which they replaced... The app still say that my car is in service station... I don't understand how these guy's hv got such good rating... I'm force to gv 1 Star otherwise these guys are not worth for 0 Star.

These guys know their job. They were able to recommend only the needed services for my car and provide valuable guidance which resulted in a lot of savings. Extremely happy with the service

my speakers were giving trouble as the wires were loose. Motorzo mechanic convinced me that in full car service they will fix the wiring as independent repair will also cost around the same. So I went with full car servicing. But still speaker were having same issue as wiring was still not fixed properly. When I complained motorzo for the same they started arguing that it was not covered under car servicing. Next day I took the appointment with the machanjc which never showed up. I felt cheated. Not good.

Loved the response I got, it's very easy & convenient.

I was skeptical at the beginning, had to postpone my appointments cause of commitment. My dent on the hood ruined the whole look of the car, however Swetha with all her patience and genuine concern texted me, emailed me and also called me . Then Prashant showed up. My guardian angel who knew what he was dealing with and told me what was best. The price and the work.. Amazing.. The whole process was impeccable. My car came back as new. The interior cleaning is a magic. They cleaned the dog stains etc.

Even before I can start using the app, it's crashing when I select My Profile from menu. Hate non-functional apps. :( Update: Their tech team contacted me and rectified the issue. Yet to give my car for service. Will update review after service.

Bad service...was given a pick up appointment for 9 am and did not turn up till 11.45 am. Dealing with these kind of non professional people will only spoil ur peace of mind. Strongly advise anyone to avoid using motozo for service needs.

Had a horrible experience.. Gave my vehicle for body work and ended up with my vehicle getting damaged.. No response to complaints from their call center.. While the app has a feedback module.. The feedback cannot be submitted as the button does not work! Neat idea

Initially my experience was not good. But it changes the way executive handled the situation and get the AC fixed for my car in a given time. Appreciate the service and effort made by such a start up.

App seems good, customer care seems good but have my reservations about using them again for cleaning services. Had booked an interior cleaning and an AC vent cleaning service. The seats, mats and roof lining were cleaned using a hard brush similar to cheap ones used for washing clothes. And mats weren't shampooed properly leaving most dirt stains as is. As for the AC vent cleaning, the person just inserted a tube and sprayed a disinfectant into the vents and asked me to turn on AC and charged me 800 for it which seems very exorbitant to me whereas I was expecting atleast a foam disinfection of the vents.

My overall experience has been good with Motorzo. They have adhered to what I had asked when I gave my car for service. The job was well done. One thing I had asked them to do additionally was to fix my head light bulb as it was not working. They did, but the issue came up next day as it stopped working. I registered a complaint, there was no response for a couple of days then I had to do it again for a response. It has never been about the small bulb, it doesn't even matter. It matters to me as they had promised they will send someone to fix it. It is really sad when service industry is catering to all the needs of their customers and then motorzo comes and ruins it

Worst Service they have given. Charged Rs. 1500 to polish Headlight and returned it with more worst condition. Guys please don't believe in this.

Very helpful for office goers, at first they were slacking, but the executive who picked my car was very knowledgeable, infact he changed my perception on MotorZo you should have leg that can help me with my two wheeler too.

It was a great experience right from the booking till the delivery back at the desired location.. Mr Aneez made it extremely smooth by giving periodic updates with photos and payment was also hassle free. Overall a happy and delighted customer... Keep going...

MotorZo is not opening in my phone, recently i thought of giving it for service as i had 450/- in my wallet and boom the app is not willing to open, even after updating the app! Earlier services that i had with Motorzo was awesome! Did two services with Motorzo and it was really great!

After I installed I am asked to enter 10 digit mobile phone number but it is not taking. So I am not able to move forward. I am disappointed

Crap... The app doesn't even load.... It got stuck asking my mobile number.... Doesn't even proceed after hitting submit button.

Lacks professionalism.would have had a better service in any other garage.coudnt troubleshoot a minor snag.regular filter change and fluid servicing doesn't require expertise as promised.

Downloaded app & while started using then app clashed frequently.

Not a professional service company.

Couldn't even get started, I type my phone number and submit nothing happens.

Just can't pick my location. Even after manually entering it. The toast never goes away. Uninstall.

I am upgrading the review from 1 to 4!! I really appreciate the team's diligent effort to make this happen! The executive who picked up my car was good and friendly.. when I Test driven the car post service, I just felt Wow!! Each and every problem was taken care so well!! Believe me.. I never got this feel so far in the past 5 years.. well done!! I will wait for a day.. if no issue, then I don't mind upgrading to 5 stars!! Good luck.

Tried booking no response

I tried the service yesterday and was very impressed. Got cleaning done for my Honda city. The estimates came in, I selected it and someone spoke to me to confirm it. They got the car picked and dropped too. So was super convenient. Will be using it again for sure.

Placing a service request involved multiple calls from the MotorZo team. A month after the service I still get feedback and follow-up calls. Will probably just contact the vendor directly next time .. Less hassle.

I booked for eco cleaning with waxing for body, vacuum cleaning & polishing for interior for three cars. They performed every thing well at our office parking itself and results are amazing.

I requested for ecowash. Mr venkatesh and his team from motorzo done it very nicely. They were friendly and dedicated taking addequate time to clean each portion throughly. My car looks new after this.

Economical and saves lot of water. Good concept

I have asked for a replacement of my shock absorber for Honda city. They have quoted more than double of the rate. Donno why ....

Can you please add Daewoo Maria in it?
