1. Order was placed for more than 48 hours ago, I got a text about confirmation call which I will receive shortly. Which I did not receive at least until 26 hours aftr the order was placed. 2. Website talks about 10% discount on the retail price, website doesn't talk about the retail price apart from that doesn't stick to their discount policy .

It's a good initiative but there are other issues. The buttons, text, links were so small on my 5.5" screen (Asus Zenfone 5), so I could not even read or tap. Somehow I manged to place the order. Next day I got confirmation call. When I asked to repeat the order the executive replied rudely. Did not even tell me the total amount.

For generic medicines like vitamins it could show up names of whatever is available and also the cost of medicines should be shown at the time of placing the order.
