It's been 20 days after I got mail that I received mail saying all the documents are received. No communication of progress till now. And this app really is a waste of time. The mail you keep posting is also not valid. It is the worst service so far.

Ur response is not quick despite availability on all social sites,ur toll free representatives differ in communications, u ppl seek to much time consuming documents for lengthening reimbursement process, not at all supportive from intimation claim till refund process, heights of being arrogance...

Worst app. Customer service is really bad. They take a lot of time to process requests. Also they harass the patient and the doctor by asking unnecessary questions, even if the information was already supplied. Don't use their service.

Worst app, when we request for forgot password it is asking for DOB. But we try to give its not allowing customized date, we need to select from calendar only. Can you select date which is in 03/04/1960.? We need to keep on click to select to reach that date. Which is very bad.

The customer service is understaffed ..the management there should understand call to mediassist goes from customer at time of urgency ..its sad that even after 10 mins the call doesn't get through.

Mediassist has a long way to go.. Definitely worth 5 stars.. The customer service team and the support team are doing a great job out there..yestersay I called the customer service for an update of my profile.. The person asked me to drop a mail to them and he ensured that the change would get updated within 48 hrs.. I was little worried whether this would workout because I had to get my delivery registered in my hospital on Saturday and before that that change I requested for has to be updated..which I had mentioned in the mail too.. But.. To my surprise the change in my profile had taken place within 2hrs of time and I received a mail from their side mentioning the the change has been updated.. I felt very satisfied with their service and support.. I'm happy to be part of mediassist.. Good job guys.. Keep up the good work..

A complete third class health insurance. Nobody should take this insurance. No quick activity and false information being given from them. You will not get quick cashless treatment. This is the worst health insurance. No proper inform its customer care unit will give. A complete third class system. I hated it completely.

After sending all the bills,you people still reject the claim and there was not any telephonic communication with us... Its ridiculous.... My first claim is rejected... And second is also there but you people are asking diagnosis report as doctor only provide prescription slip and bills. Can you provide is there any standard format for diagnosis report.....

Always gives error when try to upload documents in pending claims for last one week. And mail sent via infinity option doesn't get replied for a week. Which makes the app and customer service both very weak.

Claim tracking is not working. It always says something went wrong and try some other time but nothing seems working. I installed the app to get the real time tracking of the claims but this doesn't work.

Im not able to upload files(Developers don't ask me to send screenshots, you can check logs). Downloading Ecard, checking status are good options

There will also be some room for scope but yes it's a good app. Giving information about all the things I want. One regret with medi assist is that their customer care call doesn't connects...I have tried several times and failed everytime.

One of the worst organisation with the worst app and capabilities. They are frauds. You take their policies and they will not help you. No sensible customer care and even higher management is waste.

Medi Assist has recently taken over DHS, to which we were attached. Now after the taken over formalities, the new claims are settled in time. Some long pending claims are there. Hope Medi Assist Team will look to it and settle at the earliest.

Really this is a great app which Provide us anything about our Claim n also it Provide advance Booking for Plan Hospitalisation but there is requirement to More n more Update because it update slowly slowly Also it take too much time nearly 3-4Hr in Cashless Approval otherwise service is Awesome

Super App, no need to worry on follow up on claim reimbursement status. Thanks a lot for giving a wonderful app. One improvement required, if we want to know any additional information or need to discuss on the perticular claim provision should be made. That's all.
