Ordered via this app. First was asked by delivrry team whether i have paid online or will be paying via cash. I mean this should be clear once the order is placed. Ordered at 20:45 but received the order at 22:14. Terrible delivery person. We had to instruct him on phone for 15mins to make him understand a simple address. We lost our taste buds by then.

The order from the app never processes. It gets stuck into asking me to choose the proper add-on for my roll and even after I choose it, it doesn't accept it. But the website works good, delivery was also on time.

The guy answering the phone had no clue about what he was talking about.. Pathetic application.. Lousy support...

The quantity is woefully, miserably poor. Food like sheek kabab packaged in small plastic bowls. While the website shows 'tiger', what is delivered is 'cat'! I have picture of it all. Not worth 20% of price paid.

HORRIBLE app and horrible services..... when i ordered the food it gave a confirmation and even emailed me that the order is confirmed.....but then after an hour or so of waiting for food we decided to call them......and the guy had no idea of what i was talking about ...he was absolutly clueless and then apparently hung up the call because he didnt know nothing....... ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME ........DO NOT DOWNLOAD -!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PAY WITH MOBIKWIK. I paid using mobikwik wallet a bill of ₹558. The amount was deducted and then the app said payment failed. I was assured the amount deducted would be refunded within 24 hours. It's been 3 weeks and nothing has happened. Extremely unreliable app. Customer care does not respond to your emails.

Whitefield and Marathalli outlet guys are very rude and they never have rumali roti for dinner, when questioned they just always utters that we don't know and we don't have !! Pathetic behaviour with zero customer centricity !! Guys, improve in this competitive era !!
