Shittiest app ever. Requesting developers to do a beta before deploying to save their face, if they have any of it left!

They did not provide us with car because it had gone for service and deducted 15% as cancellation charges. Customer Care not friendly at all. Biggest crooks ever.

Worst after upgraded to drivezy...... I am fond of just drive,, when ever i try to book car, after searching it show "sorry we dont server to this location" it shows for my both location..... . after several trial it show me list of car.... Just ride has a good service but no use i can have enjoy service after my car booked........ Please rectify this issue.

I am unable to search for cars in this app after the latest update. Please test the app properly.

Choose ZOOMCAR instead of this, worst service each time u book, untrained staff. Sometimes they even dont have fuel in thier cars nor money in thier fueling card, cars arent cleaned, few cars are of total loss and assembled and they arent present on the location. I have emailed / called them, said i have call records and image proofs but they cant reply as they know themselves. No action is taken..BEWARE !!

1. Package offered is only one thing that is good with you. 2. The staff behavior is not at all good 3. Car condition is not at all good. It's mirror automation not working It's window is not working Most helerious thing is it's one headlight is not working n i drive the car in night on express highway only on 1 light, it is most frustrating thing i experience with u PNR 0N2FOWIVAX

All of a Suddenly drivezy app ain't supporting in OnePlus devices 3t/5 ..

Me and my friend booked a car on 22th September 2017. They said their fuel card was not working and we were told to fill the car with at least 200 or 300 and told us to bring the bill of the fuel payment and we were told that we will get our refund within 4-5 hour . It has been 2 days and no response yet No one picks the call aur customer service support and no one is ready to help Even the guy who told us we will get our refund is not picking up the call Worst service ever It is funny how companies fool us nowadays

I booked a ride for 22nd Sept 2017 . They said their fuel card wasn't working so I should fill the fuel amounting 200 or 300 rs . I did so and gave the receipt (of 300 )at your office near Dmart Thane ( Mumbai ) . I was told I will get the refund within 4 hours, it has been 2 days now and I still did not get any refund . We did not exceed the limit of kms but now people at your office are claiming false charges . This is really not acceptable . I will be forced to complain in consumer court if actions are not taken as soon as possible . This is not the way you should treat your customers . I will obviously never recommend your app to anyone after this incident . 

Absolutely pathetic service. Trying to book a car for three days that stupid application just doesnt show the list of cars. That stupid car and bike hourglass keeps on moving, and it is not the Internet problem something seriously wrong with this fake application

Till now I completed some 6 to 7 drives all were good and even i felt happy..........but suddenly they made the age restriction that is 21 now I am 19.....only ritz I can order........so my humble request is tht already kuv 100 or tata bolt u can make 18plus hope u will do the needful..................

This app is not working properly. When I am searching for the car, it is asking for feedback on previous ride which I already gave. How many times will it ask for feedback

Was working till the last update! Phone Model : OnePlus 3T No screenshot to share because the app is just not opening! After clicking on the app nothing happens and I can open other apps, the home screen doesn't change but in the recent apps opened there's the drivezy app with white background shown that can be closed by swiping the app screen. Also if I try to open the app from the recents screen nothing happens.

-1 star for new updated app. Nothing working well i had uninstall nd reinstall this app many time on my previous booking realy guys where is simpl account which i used for my payment.

Not able to upload the licence.., crashes every time I try to upload. Worst experience.

This is a good app perfect support from customer care service but this app is started to lag please resolve it otherwise its a very excellent app

That's a stupid app.It doesn't work.

The worst app ..cheap cars not even 2nd hand 4th hand cars reselled thrice times cars with full of scratchs and no alignment ...we need atleast drivable conditions cars ...so much of arguments with customer care executives and the guys giving cars ...dirty cars . No alignmnet in cars ..thr car will move towards one direction if you leave steering..worst conditions of cars five punctures had to pay 700 rs plus the car rent and do their punctures and pay cantonment toll..and those yiu will do and if you wamt to extend the ride you need to make payment in advance...how in the hell will you make an online payment if you are at hill station where there is no network..when i will return the car i will make payment ..zero cooperation ..even after multiple request had to waste one hour to catch network and do payment..i mean seriously dont spoil the fun atleast ..ac is not working..what will you do if you have left ..no checks done by their executive ..guys request to you all theze cars are not even checked that of a person will drive he/she will meet an accident as there are no primarily checks done...nothing i mean zero effort ...uninstalled the app..

This company doesn't give a damn about customer​ service. Repeated failure to deliver vehicle on time. Vehicles never serviced properly and unsafe to drive. Repeatedly your refund made to wallet account and forced to be used for just ride only and that too only a part of it can be used at once. This company seems to deliberately forcing us to hate it. And still the same response from customer care. And again that same moment of crediting your money to your wallet. A serious harassment of customers. Wastage of time. And no regard for their safety whatsoever. Have experienced this 4th time in a row...

The app is opening after the new update on my moto G 4 plus. App was working before updating. Hate this app.

Pretty good..customer support is too good. But cars need to be maintained bit more, otherwise its good.

It was working nicely since last updation. After new updation it is not working...

The have Bugs, I wanted to book a car, App was showing available but when I click for booking it was showing "Car is unavailable at this venue", to Cross check I tried every single location and different timing but every date , every time App showing me same thing.... After that I tried on my Friends Phone , the same Problem Was Showing, kindly Please Fix Bugs or else I'll uninstall This App.... Thank you

Reduce the rate for car booking

The app is not Opening on One Plus 2 after the new update which I did right now. I have a booking later this week. Plus provide support at the earliest.

Had a great experience. But the only thing that upset me was they did not inform about rupees 1.50 will be charged per km for non-fuel car. After booking and payment completion they informed.

They provide the cheapest model of every car with worst music systems, no bluetooth conectivity in most of the cars. Also the cars are always extreamly dirty from inside as well as outside.

Threatened and charged extra 500rs.  While.. Pickup I raised the issue that the car was wet,  not cleaned and battery down issues.. And asked them to change the car.. But they said this the only car available.  Even though while returning they charged us extra fees . and when we said this the same way we got the car they.  threatened and assaulted  us.. We were traveling as family  It was very late.. 12 30 am... And we had not options but to pay,.  Very very rude staff.. Please avoid at all cost... Use any other car hire.. But not this. Also they will never believe you... Only the staff even they are telling lie without proof. Pnr YTJERZGMFA

I had taken royal enfield classic 350 and rided 136kms and fueled for 550rs bike consumed almost all the fuel ,so I raised complaint to staff ,so he started playing tricks and piling up stories .Its a lengthy story and I didnt get justice

Very Bad service. I booked Ritz car and vehicle number also got alloted after reaching there the people saying Ritz is not there you can choose any other vehicle... Very bad of this team

1. I had booked maruti Ritz but the car condition was very worst You can't even take it for drive. There was a dent, tyres & mirrors were damged. 2. The car was then exchanged to swift later they applied swift price. I was unaware of price details. It was not my mistake of rejecting Ritz. Fault was at your end. 3. My pick up time was at 5am but it was delivered at around 7 am. Swift which I took from Kalyan Nagar had some shock absorber and steering wheel issue so I left it in marathalli and took another swift around 9am. It was 4 hours delay. 4.My PNR no is NNWFGRCT89. I paid for swift for which I requested for a price change as it was not my mistake of rejecting ritz. I would never use this app again. It was such a worst experience. Recently I tried other car app this time it was superb experience for this dasara holidays. May be I have paid some extra amount but I haven't felt any regrets

Good idea of providing rental cars in india.We definitely need this kind of service in india.And of course nice service and staff.too good guys.keep up the good work.

Worst booking app, we faced so many problems while travelling

Well, its all good about Drivezy!! Amazing experience. I have booked a car too now! Its just driving crazy. I would also like to suggest, if you guys could add more pick up points in the city. Thank you!!

I would rather give 0 stars for this app and also for the rental service..guys dont use their cars before knowing the price value.
