Very Very Bad Service . Every one have some problems at some time. here once u booked cancel option is not there and customer support also very poor i called 10 times when the connected my call automatically they connected my call. Very very bad service choose other app for best service .

Yes Exactly Very Very Bad Service, Waited for almost 15 mins to get connected to a help desk and after questioned Service Rep Disconnects the call, after that every time i call from that number its manually Disconnected. Have good future and business but need to concentrate on customer service

Bad app.... no refund option if by mistake you add Payment...my payment Rs.346/- by mistake added but no option for refund

No Refund option...everyone will face some problem at some time...these guys should atleast think of refund option may be with some cancellation charges..

Don't waste the time of the people for first day big hero movie tickets. Because we don't know how you allocate cinema tickets it seems to be bogus and doesn't have any transparency.
