Tower Cell id Info & Tracking

First of all, I downloaded the file and then unzip it, then I created the cid file in my mobile and then copied the entire data. Then after I restarted the mobile, I selected idea and Chhattisgarh to search the cell id, then came cell id not found massage. Please tell how this application works.

Its was working good but don't know why its working not good now.it is showing cell id address in diffrent language like(hehehyesyofnfbgeyxhdnfpcueyxbj) how i can resolve it.

Overall very good app but this app is not working properly now. Online msc codes, vehicle search not working. Some cell ID also not displayed.

Sir I have cell id data and I had unlock the zip file and set CID folder in internal storage but still erorr like "cell id data could not found".. Sir please suggest how to acess smoothly.
