I dont like the fact that your charging more for the particular time frame I want to have have a ballon surprise for someone at 8-10am and suddenly price increases. Thats why not booking with this Really ?? You have to delete this extra charge to maintain your customers

I planned musical deliver of cake on my wife's birthday with cherishx, time is 12:00 in night, but no one is arrive till now and no response yet. They had spoiled by day idiots.

Its a pathetic app. Unprofessional behavior of customer service team. They don't deliver the products on team even after repeated assurance. Once they get they money they are not even bothered to call back for follow-up. Please beware before booking from this app. The entire idea of surprising your loved one can be ruined.

Till last night the app was working fine but since morning today it's not loading the lists instead closes the app with prompt of 'Unfortunately cherishx has been stopped'. Kindly advise the remedy. However, the list had really good options to explore.

Every time I try to open it. It again and again crashes. Even after uninstalling and then installing back it do the same. Totally time waste

Booked one of there experiences they made reservations in a village, unsafe locations , rude operations , didn't even refund the money

Such a worst experience. I booked it between 8-10 and decoraters arrive at 10:30. I paid 3100 and according to price decoration was totally not worth it. This is not only my views about decoration even the hotel manager was complaining about them. I'll never suggest anyone this app for decorations and surprises for sure

I have booked the rose bucket with cake on my wife's birthday. I love the rose bucket but the quality of cake was not good. You can improve on personal card message decoration.i didn't like the way it's written with blue ink pan. App didn't allow us to send message more than 200 characters. No good customer care support over call but it's good over mail.

Decoration was good.decoraters are also supportive..but after booking a deal there is nil response from you guys.atleast make a confirmation call n give details of the person who is coming.you can make it batter one by working on your communication managment.

I want to know is this for only married couple or unmarried both??

I have taken almost 2or 3 experience from this website and every time they made my experience so wonderful. Recently had taken cherish dining and it was really pretty, it was a surprise for my partner but by looking at decoration I got surprised.Decoration awesome. The photo they had showed me for this dining before booking was nothing, in reality it was too ausm to experience. Thanks team

I have been using it from past 1year. whenever I have to go for date with my partner. Always prefer this as they have so nice place for date and they have reasonable packages. Everytime they had made my date romantic. Their USP is decoration at restaurants and this is the thing which makes dinner or lunch table romantic. Last time went at garden candlelight and the resto is nice and food and service is decent. Its a definitely 5/5App. always make things easy

I don't like the fact that your charges too more than the others. Very bad experience of my life for using this app and booking my holiday plan with this is app and not useful any more in my life. Your charges are double that resort shows me the actual charges.

Worst booking app I have ever used. They show fake availability of the places. They will inform you about non availability after you make payments.

Driving to this place i was curious of where we were going , but little i knew I'd b this surprised . This was a dream come true for a romantic person like me. It was almost like I'm walking down an aisle filled with rose petals .At the end there was a beautiful heart made of flowers again . Who would focus on the food in such an ecstatic situation but it was delicious, especially the main couse. The most unexpected thing was the guitarist who played my favourite song . It was a magical anniversary and we celebrated it by cutting a cake in the end .

App is really helpful for planning home decor... Took balloon decoration and they came on booked time.. They came at 6pm and told them to wait outside for 20mins and they waited....decoator's behavior was very appreciable and they were too polite. Decorate my home so beautifully and I owe you a big thank you

App design is really nice and the products in it is superbly interesting. Purchased several experiences from this app and this app had call feature. So whenever you have any question regarding experience before buying it, you can call and executives are really friendly and inform us about everything. Took frame from this and the frame quality is amazing, on wall it is looking good and also the quality of printed photos is up to the mark Recently booked their experience flying rakhi and expecting it on 7th August.
