The app is good. But i faced a problem. I paid my JVVNL bill by signing on the SSO portal. After that i downloaded the e-mitra app. When i opened and registered a service for jvvnl bill payment from next time, i found that after clicking PAY, it was showing the amount to be paid. And the fact was that i have already paid the bill. Then why the aap was showing the amount to paid, which means new emitra app is not in sync with Raj SSO portal. Please rectify as this will creat confusion.

Pathetic experience. Paid water bill three times, amount deducted each time, status was pending initially then it failed and now even due date is passed. I tried payments woth 2 different servers but still failed. Seems, like very poor synchronization. Needs a lot of work

I paid electricity bill from the app. It was successful but I had these issues. 1. After payment a pop up displayed saying the receipt in pdf foem is saved in Emitrapdf folder but there was not any such folder. 2. After this i opened sso in pc browser. bit it didn't show any transaction. The app does not synchronize with the website. Please solve these issues. and make Digital India a reality not a dream.

I paid two water bills to phed through icici bank on 19th october 2016. In both the cases the amounts were deducted from my account. After payment there was a server error in both the cases. After checking icici payments in the app there were three receipts instead of two with the label unsuccessful.this I came to know only after two months when amounts for both the bills along with penalty and interest were included in fresh bills. Only after taking the matter with icici bank I could get a refund of money.

A single platform to procure many utilities and services to citizen , most of utilities services are on board including private and govt. It is good to see progressing step of govt toward Digital India. Yes there are some shortcoming and issues which I hope soon be corrected and solve.

Refund issues are dealt very slowly.Go on pursuing refund for months this is not fair,very frequent updates, Not reliable.Paytm is much much better for electric and telephone bill payments,only dependency is for water bills otherwise hopeless app.

I am not able to login asking for SSO Id or user name. When sign up its not recognized me. Only for government employee. Please help

This is a shame on Digital India, Often I paid my bills, amount deducted from my bank account but it shows error. And then I have to waste my time for writing back mail and talk to costomer care, At the end it is better to deposit on emitra kiosk rather than this app. And I mailed my issue to concerned email address,and posting this review after 12 hours till now didn't get any reply. So once again best of luck Digital India

Plz make easier to make recharge of mobile and dth ....like paytm and oxygen it's only required In recharge category otherwise it's good but too far from such services. ....

I retake my prevew.regarding my water bill complain. Now seen bill deposited. But need more work on this app.fix all bugs. And add upi payment gateway. As pm deck bhim and mor.thanks

Sir I have fill form of Forester in Raj forest. In token only father name come .After 9 months no refund made to me. I have given complaint on Raj sampark .But no solution in till date

App not working. Not able to pay any bill. The app says server error. It department is not doing anything. IT department is only taking salaries and not doing any work. Please take strict action. If the government says "salary error" will you accept that. So when you are taking salary on time why the hell this app is not working. Vasundhara raje scindia please cancel these people emloyment from your office. These people are good for nothing. The public can even pay the bills through this app.

process is very difficult. you should improve app like free charge

Sir Oxigen recharge service missed from services and not showing in list. customers faced problem

काफी अच्छा ऐप है इस में बायोमेट्रिक लोगिन का ऑप्शन दें एवं पेंशन सत्यापन आधार मैं मोबाइल नंबर चेंज जैसी सेवाओं का बायोमेट्रिक ऑप्शन दिया जाए जैसे की सिम कार्ड एक्टिवेट करने में किया जाता है और सभी बायोमेट्रिक डिवाइस कार्य करें मूल निवास जाति प्रमाण पत्र भामाशाह पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन संबंधित सभी कार्य इसी के माध्यम से ही हो जाए

I have paid the water bill from emitra but it has failed and i dont know how to get my amt back...please help...to get my amt...worst app i must say..

App not open for long time but sometime do OK work ....solve problem..

16/11/2016 के बाद भी अभी तक E-mitra app में एक सुधार करना बाकी है। ट्रांजेक्शन की pdf file डिवायस फोल्डर में अभी भी save नहीं होती है। ट्रांजेक्शन की detail तो स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देती है पर अगर मोबाईल से प्रिंट देना हो तो परेशानी है।

worst user interface,and if u want to sign up through app it will redirect you to the web. thats a bullshit.if we want to go on web then why will us download your app. and one more thing there is not forgot password option LOL... 1 start se b kuch kam hota to ye app vo b deserve nhi krti... agar ye app kisi beginner ne bnaya hota to smjh skte h... per ye to government ne bnaya... again LOL

Whenever I try to pay through SBBJ Net Banking mode the server keeps loading the bank login page without opening it. But if I go to website everything connects properly and quickly. So I think there's some problem with this app.

Plz provide again pay the water bill facility for Ganganagar. Earlier it was under PHED, but now it is from the muncipal council, so kindly do the necessary updation for the same, so that water payment can also be made through the app. However at present, we are able to make the water bill payment through the website for ganganagar city.
