Probably because the information is not uploaded by the local bodies. Even the Kochi elected councillors details are not there. Good start but a very long way to go to be useful for the public spending.

We really need complete online services. That means apply online, fee payment online (through mobile banking), and the result/service also online. We know it WILL NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. If it is happen, then How to take BRIBE? and what for so much govt servants?
