Continuously and consistently showing' failed to upload server' message. However on verification found that the image and message actually had been uploaded successfully. Please rectify the erroneous error message that creates confusion. Thanks.Regards

No follow up measures taken after a week of complaint. Wat's the point if the complaints are not looked into?

How can we see the complaint status

പുതിയ Update-ൽ: സെർവർ കണക്റ്റ് ആകുന്നില്ല. Photos from Gallery ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും മുമ്പ് ആപ്പ് വഴി എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോകൾ ഗാലറിയിൽ സേവ് ആയിട്ടില്ല. എന്നിരുന്നാലും, പരാതി രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തതായി Docket നമ്പര്‍ SMS-ലൂടെ നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എല്ലാം ശരിയായി വരുന്നുണ്ട്. എങ്കിലും വീണ്ടും അടുത്ത Update-ൽ കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷ.

When I select the local government,it shows location not set,can't continue. I tried to set the location,but it shows location not found - Try again. Please resolve this issue. Thanks in advance

The app will work only when the GPS is on. After installation you have to enable GPS, then only u can go for registration. But the real problem is you cannot upload file pictures; only on the spot pictures. every time you need to give the full details again and again to upload on the spot pictures.

Unable to use this App, as unable to select 'Grama Panchayat' without which we cannot proceed further.

This app is ok. Because the main problem is we have to give full name n address every time... once it record it will be fine.please fix this

After taking photo when clicking on upload button, getting error message saying 'failed to connect with server '. Please correct.
