This App should be seen as 1st step by Custom Department in Android world. Department deserves congratulations for this initiative. More information should be available in App. Formats of regular use can be added. The most vital requirement seems to be a feature giving contact details of senior officer who can sympathetically listen and solve citizen's or foreigner's problems with sensitivity.
