I tried loading 95rs into the wallet the bank deducted the money but wallet shows zero. Emailed to froogal support and didnt get any reply..and the customer care is switched off. DONT Download Edit: The team is resolved the issue and i got my money back. 3stars because they could have notified user when the problem got fixed via sms or gcm

BUSINESS DIDN'T WANT TO ACCEPT Went to Grill 9 Gachibowli Hyderabad few weeks ago, saw the Froogal advert on each table & downloaded it used it to pay but waiter was not aware of it? Took my phone to manager& confirmed payment with him. Froogal to it's credit gave me the advertised 20% credit back of the bill amount. After a week or so after the initial visit, went back to the same restaurant and paid the bill again through Froogal but this time the waiter would not accept the payment even though I got a confirmation. The manager was once again contacted and said the offer of 20% off of bill amount was no longer valid even though the advert was still on the tables. He made the workers to take the adverts off & after much fussing he accepted the payment was valid! Again to Froogal's credit I did receive a rebate of the 2nd bill as well. Unfortunately I'm unable to use it at the restaurant as they did not have the Froogal payment option adverts next time I visited.

Very useful! I don't have to wait anymore in restaurants or at my favorite spas because of the pre-booking option and get offers in all these places . I can now go cashless anywhere without being worried about finding the nearest ATM!

I just pay all my daily needs with just a click whether its eating a sandwich , getting offers for hair saloon , or riding in a auto !! Having rewards with loyalty program is even more better to buy and have more n more offers !!
