App and CCD is awesome. I want to direct your attention to a staff at CCD, Ashapura Society, Wardhaman Nagar, CA Road, Nagpur named Rashmi. She had some special guest of hers today (21/2) who was calling her at the top of his voice as in he was in his living room and the girl was more than comfortable entertaining him. Staff can take their personal matters outside. It felt like some nukkad ka chai stand. FYI, the girl severed us satisfactorily and the evening staff is well mannered.

App is so easy to use, no problem at all get good cash back good offer, pocket friendly & much more keep it up guys to maked this app but as usual see ur staff as well Mr Joseph not at all customer friendly who is in rcity ground floor r city.. M so disappointed.. His language aslo not good, wana purchase coffee powder he is not help me at all he said mam in corner there is verity of coffee u can chose just like this...

Please disassociate from lime wallet. This app is total failure, no support.. Not able to login in its app since started using ccd app. I am a regular visitor of ccd, see my beans purchase n referrals.. Lime is wasting time and effort. It has bogus developers. Please work on this issue

App is great with no doubt but whats the point when you can't use it. Even pune city outlets are not up to the mark .I tried in camp and kondhwa outlet they gave me reason like server is down and our modem is not working. This is something I can't expect from one of the main outlet in city.

Being an Avid visitor of CCD, I personally hated the experience with the app. 1- never received the 10%discount provided by the app. 2- never received the beans which I was entitled to after every Billings. 3- bought 200 beans using netbanking , the amount got deducted but did not reflect back in my app. 4- called coustmer care but they had no answers except to mail them.

Today I check my beans all and its showing "0" how's it's possible?? I have 102 balance and after that I give to referral to my friend and they also use there beans show 50 for both ..But now it's showing 0. Actual balance is 202.show please check d matter and return my beans .

Login issue ‌I am working in a mobile company, which is why I hv to change my mobile every month. But if I try to login an error shows up telling"Oops! Looks like you signed in to your CCD App from too many phones".I got in contact with the customer care, they are telling to login with my old mobile... Every time I try to contact them them, they ask me to login using my old mobile. But I can't login with my old mobile. I hv upto 750 beans. I don't how to get them back.

The offers that they show are a mere waste of time. And the staff isn't trained well as to how the app is to be used. Also they offer a lot of cashback offers for which I have never received any cashback.Above all their is no reply from the customer care!!!

I am working mobile company. So I will change my mobile for every month. But while I am trying to login it telling "Oops! Looks like you signed in to your CCD App from too many phones". I mailed to CCD customer care they are telling try to login in your old phone. But I never get my old phone.. They are giving only replay like"try to login your old phone". I have more then 800 beans in my account. I don't know how I get my 800 beans...waste and worst......

Once again, the offer of 100 beans for 300 could not be availed.... The Store in 80ft Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore, refused to honour the offer, stating that their system is not accepting (on 31st Dec 2016), customer service did not come online line... I just walked out of the store.... This is my second experience.. The offers are a big humbug. The app does not read in most stores... Beware..

I've tried to make a purchase several times and it doesn't work. The beans don't get deducted at the time of purchase and their system ends printing the bill for cash payment. Twenty minute later, the beans also get deducted from the app for the same purchase. Such a waste of time. I have purchased beans by card and my money in a large amount is just stuck unusable. This has happened multiple times and cannot use the beans at all. Customer service is pathetic and cannot do anything. No reply for emails

Disgusting app and disgusting brand. The app never works. For sure NO when redeeming. Loyalty program is just useless. The servers are always down. Coffee quality has gone from bad to worse. Prefer going to tambi/udipi rather. Have mailed noor and Sheetal personally with pics and bills never got a reply.

They will give welcome offer as 100 beans for installing app and that is useless no where you can use it. I have faced this problem twice at same CCD (chettinad hospital, Chennai), they will tell silly reasons as WiFi not working, network is not there and connectivity issue. His name is yograj who is working as staff, don't know how to talk with customers also, they don't have change for 2000 rupees and also we cannot use the beans which were in app, so what is the use why can't they put out of service boar

I had sufficient balance as beans and in lime wallet for payment. So I selected both boths while scanning. The operator didn't understand the system and said that payment by lime wallet was unsuccessful, so I paid the remaining amount by card. After a while I check the app to find that payment from beans and wallet was successful and I had paid extra from card.

It's just d worst service that the nearest ccd is denying to redeem from the lime wallet. Wt will I do with my lime balance. All ccd cafes are redeeming lime wallet except this one. I am from bbsr and the store is at Vivekananda Marg.

Earlier i had installed the app with my ph no and unistalled it due to some ph issue. i reinstalled the app and tried logging in but cant do the same now. it says you logged in with other ph no too many time. Will change the rating if the issue is solved.

Hi there Recently i visited ccd outlet in jasola in splendour forum, i was refused the payment by app. no discount given and i never recieved bonus beans for spending in ccd. So im really not happy with ccd app.

Worst app. I tried to recharge my limr wallet. It was not added in my lime wallet but the money has been reduced from my bank account .really, worst app.don't use it. Waste of money

Went to CCD at back lane of Taj Hotel Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi on 31st Dec, and shown the app, but the staff told us abt non working net. In a group of 11 people, I felt embarrassed. So, in future, will not visit CCD again ever!!!! I asked the staff if he could give some coupons if the net is not working but he declined that too. On one hand, u guys send promotional message and on the other, ur system is unable to live upto it....CHEATERS!!!!

I been using this app for some time and one fine day to see my 201 beans out of my wallet for some tech issue.. Been sick of running for my beans... Looks like I'm Mr. Bean. Lol.. Happy coffee

The developers think they own the phone. My personal hotspot turns off as soon as I open the application. Screenshot starts misbehaving. Screen gets annoyingly bright. Worst app ever, and I mean it.

App is ok. Easy to use and move around. Works well if the cafe systems are also working. Ine irritating feature is that you have to forcibly provide rating feedback after every use without which the app wont work. Another caution is the axis bank lime wallet for app payment. Lime wallet normally does not provide monthly wallet statement so you cant keep track of your own funds in the wallet. Its a wallet problem and not of the app. CCD shud add other better and trusted wallets in the app.

Please dont use too many time at CCD,they will block ur app. I have been a regular customer at CCD me and my friends use this app for any thing we buy here as suggested by their employees here. But seeing my regular transaction whivh is more than 1k every day they have blocked my app. Now i cant use it. I got a call from their head office also twise cross checking im a customer or not. Initially we got addicted, as we vud earn points but later after having too many points anf ready to use they blocked my app. Even their own employes were shovked seeing this.

App is okay but the main problem is your stupid lime wallet which is available only for AXIS bank users so even if I want to add beans, I'm not able to. I'm a one of your daily customers and I loved this concept of beans but you never bothered to apply it correctly. Now even though I have the beans facility but it's useless 'cause there no humanly possible way from where I can add beans to my wallet so the great concept hardly makes any difference.

System is good, however the employees r finding it difficult to use the same. Also don't understand that y the app ask for rating multiple times

I've had a few bad experiences at some of the stores. Would like to share and see you take some action.

Excellent shops TN and Karnataka. Visited 3 shops. But the shop at Kolhapur (highway) is pathetic. No stock, dirty toilets etc. Consistency across stores is important for repeat visits. Today visited Thakur Village(mumbai) shop. They gave me stale sandwich. I won't go to CCD anymore... Consistency is the problem

Useless and fraudulent app. My wallet was blocked for no reason and my money is blocked with those low lives. RECOMMENDED not to use their useless app and instead try other modes to pay and even better don't go and waste your money on those rouges

Tis app is awesome, but idiotic vijayanagar ccd is utterwaste at service they took 30mins for giving me a Belgian chocolate shot! Assholes. They even never gave bill took money, if i ask they gave some other bill.I will never go to vijayanagar ccd. But gopalan arcade ccd is superb at everthing

The experience on this Valentine's day with Kalyan Nagar CCD was pathetic. As it was a working day and I had chance just to have take away Canneberry Latte.. To my surprise after reaching home I see a very poor quality coffee and it was just half glass.. The man in the cash did not give any bill and I think he just collected the left over coffee from his other customers and wrapped it for me thinking that I will not complaint as it is take away. When I went back to this store it was closed. Poor experience..

Have had a good experience. Addicted to CCD coffee since last 5-6 years. Never had a problem redeeming beans other than that at the underground metro stations( no Internet).

CCD store Vivekananda's Marg Bhubaneswar is not accepting lime wallet whereas all CCD stores are giving that service and also giving low quality coffee products to customers.be aware of that.thanks

The famous CCD is getting sick and worst day by day...... Continuously on my 4th visits in this month in varanasi ccd outlet i got disappointed due to their system by which I cant pay by my purchased beans....... GET WELL SOON CCD or take rest
