Floraa - Send Fresh Flowers

Used to be amazing ..buy lately they are wrapping flowers in newspapers and sending.. It looks horrid..

This is a fake Company and you never get the product.

Its fake, took money but never delivered

This app was my fav once now it is ruined.

This service used to b a lovely one... Fresh flowers, lovely packaging, prompt service, but now its like the other not recommendable horrible services.

No service in Delhi.

- They are no longer operational. - The website is up. - The money gets deducted. - They don't deliver - And Customer service number is disconnected. Pretty much a scam at this point. I'm trying to get the word out. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Floraa, your imaginary flower bouquet delivery service. They really do surprise you with their deliveries when you least expect them or almost forget about your orders. If you have an anniversary and want a divorce from your wife, get her flowers from Floraa which she'll never get!

Placed an order and its been 3 days. Product is not delivered yet. Customer care number mentioned in website is also not working. Fake product.

Everything is Fake...No Delivery and they will detect money from your card...after that no one is there to listen to you...no customer care...no email reply...even all numbers are fake...no refund...no facebook reply...nothing... Totally 420

Would have given bad rating for late delivery and no customer care number. But when I emailed them, they called within 10 minutes and addressed the concern(delayed delivery). Order delivered in 3hrs delay but they took care to travel 30 km from their stock place to my home. That was interesting so 5*

The app has an intelligently simple interface. However I had a horrendous experience with a delayed delivery. Naturally, I was furious and complained over E-mail. That's when one of the Co-Founders called me to explain the issue and even got the same rectified by following up personally. When you start a business, you're bound to run into such situations. How you handle them and value your Customer is what shapes up your future. Thumbs up to Floraa team for their dedication. Hope you keep the Spirit Intact.

Simple and user friendly app. I had to postpone the delivery but there was no customer care no to call. But the mail response was quick, which i really liked. But then the delivery failed on due date, which disappointed me. Besides I tried hard to reach the floraa team but there was no response from them! now im really worried as when will i get delivery or my money is doomed!

I ordered through this app , although i faced issues with delivery but still the way these people handled the whole situation was really good . Way 2 go guys good team . One more thing your app experience is really good.

Its been 3 days, after numerous reminder and mail to their customer support flowers are yet tobe delivered. App shows status as processing(#4457).I want my money back. Update: Got a message, flowers got delivered but they lied...that means my hard earned money gone..CHEATERS!!

No helpline no. ...After mailing dem soo many times.. No reply.. Highly disappointed.... Status still reads processing.. Will not opt for dis service again.

Please start deliveries in Pune again!

You guys need to add paytm and other easy payment options. Also I cannot order without mobile verification! I am trying to order from an airport using wifi and I dont have an active incoming mobile number. What am I supposed to do? The flowers look lovely and I love the green packing options. Very chic.

Had some bad experience wd the services, And then got a call from one of the Co Founders apologising for the same was a very nice gesture and it reflects the Value of Customers in the eyes of a Company. Really very impressed By this, 5 stars are only bcos You valued me as a Customer. Thanks for the honour. Keep it Up

Its a terrible service. Delivered an hour before the given time and with no handwritten message. The wrapping was horrible as if it's ready to be dumped in a garbage bag. Delivery boy calls up the recipient to confirm the address thereby SPOILING the surprise, esp when the recipient is not available at home and i had to receive it. On asking the delivery boy casually says that yahin tha isliye aise hi deliver kr diya. PATHETIC SERVICE I MUST SAY.....

Huge difference between what is shown in pics and what they deliver! Total waste of money! Disappointed!!! Blowing their own trumpet in their FAQ. Actual experience was quite unprofessional. They delivered late and along with that they sent buds instead of flowers.. ALLL BUDS!! SERIOUSLY!

So far I think I've made 9 orders on Floraa and each time I've had a great experience. The simplicity of the app appeals to me and the collection of flowers they package. The price is reasonable for the quality of the product and service.

T ws supposed to b delivered b/w 10 to 1 how ever it only reached at 3pm.. really disappointed with this kinda service !!! The note also ws missing ... !! Just horrible !!

Love the presentation but CNT see 199 boutique as mentioned in update menu even when switching to different cities ( in case it based on location ). Do solve it.

Awsome flowers loved it at first time but make some innovative in packing flowers and you people made ma dea one happy... Thank you for the service

Delays in delivering

Good job you guys. Consistency in delivery is the key.

There was a minor goof up with the delivery during Valentine's day. But a followup from the team made everything alright. The way they heard me out and make everything right was commendable. Most importantly, the flowers were beautiful. I haven't seen flowers as lush as this and it looks just like the pics on the site. Thanks for making it up and fixing things guys. Delivery was nt at time, name slip missng, flowers were nt fresh n less in quantity. Moreover, ideally there should be only 1 or 2 delivery boy but they were three and that too came drunk and misbehaved with recepient. I believe u should have some sensible staff. How can you play with anyone's security? What if there is alone girl at home. I am very disappointed.. U cant be so careless..
