I booked for one slot but the guy calls much before,then says he will come the next day. If pickup is going to happen as per your convenience then whats the point of us booking the slot?

They put tags with barcode in all my shirts which is spoliling my shirt

The app don't let you select drop time, due to which the order cannot be placed. And if you call on customer care they do not pick up call. I think the company is out of service in bangalore.

Hi have a high speed internet connection and face no technical issues. Still this app does not let me register .. gives reason as pls check ur internet connection

Tried continuosly for 2 days and app wont connect. Neither the customer care numbers are working. After a long wait they will promise the customer care will call back, but will never do so.

Pls Don't install it.. They are cheating the customer, they didn't give proper invoice but they are adding 14.5%vat...

Not able to confirm a pick up since the app always shows not connected to internet. Major bug

Hi,from last 3 days I am trying to register .It's always shows please connect to network message even Internet is connected.

For everything it just says "connect to the network". It does work at all for anything.

Got my clothes in a torn bag last time I received from delivery boy with dirt on my clothes.

I uninstalled it as I am getting error when I am trying to book

Alright with the idea , but a bit more convenient delivery and pickup system would be ideal. Also an option to place our reviews on the orders.for example.. my last order.. my white clothes don't looks whiter.. They look real sad. Wish they took care of that.

I would luv to give u 0 star if I was given with an option coz the service is not just bad, it's pathetic. It's been 3 days I have been asking for my lost laundry and I have not received Ny response. After calling them continuously, the lame excuse which I got was we will get back to you. Atleast you should teach your staff to reply in a good manner. I would never recommend this to anyone..worst app used till date...!

They'll call you up, take your appointment, ask you for the convenient time to deliver - and then they just won't turn up. To add to the frustration, they'll also goof up with your bags and get you your neighbours garments. This is the app that will make you a truly independent person -it will give you all the encouragement you need to wash your clothes on your own.

I placed an order yesterday. I was told by pickup executive that my clothes weigh 2.9 Kg. Price estimator showed approx of 197 INR. Today I opened the app and was dumbstruck to see bill was 518 rupees with 8.5 Kg. Even wet weight won't be so much. I had an hasslefree experience with My wash app. I would further suggest MyWash as best laundry service. I will never go for flashdoor again.

I had given à white bedsheet with black print in the center , the color of the bedsheet is not white anymore, and the bedsheet has shrunk even the pillow covers. The pillow doesn't fit inside the cover. I am so disappointed.

My 1st order was hassle-free and seamless. The 2nd order created lot of trouble in terms of invoicing, packing, cleanliness and delivery! The helpline number also does not serve any purpose as they will promise a callback in half an hour but nothing will happen. Then we will have to call them again and explain the situation to another person! I even got somebody else's clothes in my delivery. I even mailed the founders just in case this is messed up by someone in the ops but they couldn't care less!

First 2 orders had awesome service. Now the packing quality has degraded drastically, the rates have gone up.

I have booked the laundry for like 5 times and even after getting the conformation message the pickup person doesn't come! mywash is much better.

Very nice app and its user friendly. Nice quality wash which come out as new. I just wanted to get to know the terms and conditions. I am not able to find them anywhere.

flashdoor service i mean pick up delivery fair everything is fine......but the main thing washing cloth is not proper ...still som of the dirt in jeans remain same....and white shirt i think they had not washed just they ironed it and returned to me.......

No pick up, after the pickup time passed i cancelled the order. I didn't get any call or sms. Next day someone called me and said "flash door pickup". :D. Lol

I will using 1st time that's really good, and pickup Boy time patch ultimately is good, packing nice, delivery in with in 24 hours washing and iron is good keep it up all the best flashdoor team

Could not give 5-star because : 1) Late Pick-Up (1 day delay) 2) Poor Tracking system Gave 4 star because: 1) Awesome Packing 2) Too fast delivery (within 36hours) 3) The fabric looks unaffected (Reveals quality wash) 4) Reasonable pricing Suggestions: 1) Improve the tracking system 2) Improve the logistics to avoid delay Will avail ur services again , for sure. Lost a shirt and found someone's else clothes among mine. Even after repeatedly calling the helpline, you get no solution. Even if you ignore about the shirt I lost, they aren't even bothered to pick up someone else's clothes that they misplaced.

Dirt not removed properly, washing cloth is not proper, still som of the dirt in jeans remain same....and white shirt i think they had not washed Comfort fabric not applied I think Flashdoor should concentrate on quality and cleanness.

After installing the app, I checked price estimator which shows Rs 70 per kg with Rs 192 for 11 clothes. But when I placed the order, price increases to Rs 85 per kg with Rs 233 for 11 clothes. 1st time , I am encountering a service which penalizes the first time customer.

I have been giving clothes to them for one month. This guy collects clothes on the given time and also returns back in time. Average time to return clothes remain somewhere around 2 days. Clothes were cleanly washed and ironed. I'm happy with the service.

Its really very good...All can go for this service.within 2 to 3 days u will get your clothes washed.Thanks flashdoor to make my work so easy.

Worst service...... shutdown your company..... this is the second time I've booked an order but still no one arrived to pick up..... You guys are not professional at all.

Worst service no value of time.I believe even they wash cloths or just return with ironed.
