Elanic - Simply Sell

Its been 9days the the order was placed but the buyer has still not recived it.the delivery boy has done his work but the product is nit making any prgress since 6days.so dissapointed with the app.i even dont know where my product is! Bad bad bad app. You should improve yourselves and u people dont even pickup calls

This app not an user friendly app very very slow process for buying and selling... No on time customer support... Worst to buy any of the products

Worst experience. Had ordered some product but received some other cheap irrelevant product which I dint order. Cheaters

I dont know ;when i uploaded my dress to sell.. its still showing pending approval..how will be and when will be buyers were able to veiw my dress.

I m seller with elanic.. shipping+ commission is really get tough to sell here n buyer also bear shipping charges below 500 so rate difference is high in this case...I really fed up return product.. Elanic have to do hard work on this...we r elanic family n I really appreciate pick up 1rs for direct shipping...plz download this app.. it's worthy

Site & it's functions is smooth and decent. Just major problem to seller. It's taking much commission & other shipping charges extra. If buyer making COD, but seller can't taking Cash. They giving money in them site's wallet & no idea how it transferrable to Seller's bank account & taking transfer charges or not ? In real Seller getting half money for sold item from listing price.

Hi Team, I appreciate your efforts.. But only down point is the commission which makes the seller to list their products to more than the MRP or store price which makes no sense. While other apps such as Spoyl has lesser charges.. Y not elanic?

i had used this app. i am a seller. they dont ship the product faster it takes many days to reach the buyer or a seller. the buyer gets irritated. and the money is never transferred to the bank account. such a fake app. i had dumped by the app so much.. sooo much of loss. sorry to say elanic but not recommended at all

Horrible service! If anyone buys or sells through elanic jus be well informed that the product will never reach its destination! Their constant reply to your mails & calls will be "due to unforeseen circumstances the product didn't reach" A complete disappointment.

Why Elanic doesn't respond to mails or calls ?? I Am a seller and it has taken product from me but now it shows order failed..how will i get my product back? Please help

Customer Care Service of this app is worst i've seen amongst any e commerce app in all of India. They do not reply on emails nor ever picks up call (i've called them 5 times) As a Seller im facing too much difficulity dealing with this app, i dont know how bad it'd be for customers!

pls dont download this app...they take your products and never let them deliver...yeh itne ghatiya hai ki ye aapka saman leke they say that they dont have taken it...and yeh chori mein master hai...ghatiya aap ghatiya log

ResRfrThis is the wurst app bz I ordered a thing they take money from. My account last month. I don't get my package and I call to customer support they are not taking any response also I hate it

Not able to upload my new products everytime I upload it shows unable to process error... its irritating and upsetting as well

Simple to use. With neat UI and great UX . Its very easy to sell what you don't need now.

Just started it . Set up is easy let's see how it goes further . Ethnic wear listing is big . So let's hope they can do something good with my product

They will take your products but not give you money . They haven't processed my money yet. It's been a month now. So don't trust such an app

Simple ,Easy way to sell and buy ,like the concept and customer services is very good Reply on time.Easy to transfer money.

Please make an option for products which are already in the inventory. Whenever a sale comes for the products in the inventory, it asks to schedule a pickup.

This is the best app for ladies. Completely​ safe for buying and selling products. The pickup partners are also very good.
