EasyRide Cabs - Book now.

Unable to view booking details and even the numbers which are mentioned are invalid . I was trying from last 2hrs to check the booking status but no success. Even I am not able to change my password .. very bad experience

Booking not reflected in app, unable to cancel/change phone number also not working.

After clicking ride now, a 1 minute timer will start and its says trying to contact cab. Later nothing will happen it will take as back to booking now screen....Never used such a worst app....there should be a option to give negative stars

1st time user booked cab 1 day in advance. No msg or update 30 mins b4 travel time. Got told when i cald tht no cabs are available. Funny people doing bussiness. No 1 Worst Cab SERVICE##

I always book easy ride n easy ride provides best service in pune specially in mid ni8 n u can book online or by mobile app its very easy.........

The app just about does the job. No clear rules or any sort of convenience for the user. The service is not good at all. The driver called from another number than the one provided citing no balance on the registered number. Intentionally creating confusion to delay and charge extra on waiting. Unnecessarily took long routes with as many signals to charge more on waiting at signals and distance rates. Base charge is higher than most other services for no imaginable reason. Stay clear of this "Mess" always!!

This happened to me for second time that the driver charged more amount than the billed amount. app doesn't have feedback or contact us option. Why does it need the location services for login I don't understand.

Not much details in the app and you won't even know whether it is confirmed or not unless u receive the SMS. About Easy ride service it's worst again, they just cancel your booking at last minute and just send SMS saying it's cancelled by your request. Customer representatives are even worst, they cancelled my booking because of my questioning on late coming of cab.

App is ok. Not able to view invoce. Not correctltly onformed abt charges before trip.
