This is the second time, DoctorC Android app has failed me. The app seems to default on locations within Bangalore even when i'm in Hyderabad and looking for Diagnostics in Hyderabad, there is no option in the app to manually change location to Hyderabad. Sometimes, this is fixed after killing and relaunching the app post which it just keeps processing the order for confirmation with nothing happening. Last time a got a call from DoctorC the moment i started having Issues and I was booked via the phone. However, this time the guy on the phone wanted to call me back, he even did but asked for confirmation on the tests i needed 5 times on the call and still had technical difficulties confirming the appointment, i went booking directly with the Lab. Overall a very frustrating experience, the App is not even half mature at this time and has a very long way to go. The reason for me writing such a lengthy comment is because i positively believe in the idea behind DoctorC, i'm simply frustrated by the laxed implementation of such a great idea with such a poor app. Technical Details: Xiaomi Mi 5 with Android 6.0 Marshmellow on Airtel 4G. App has all the requested permissions granted.

Unprofessional service. No user friendly, not able to order medicine via app, payment of return also HUGE difficult in process. No proper response from customer support. Try some other major apps/ websites for medicine order n discounts in medical tests.

Excellent experience every time. Technicians are well prepared, polite and always punctual. Have been using their services since last few years!

Besides getting discount from established diagnostic center, the assistance and service provided by Doctor C is excellent. May you help more people.

Good application great deals

Though the discounts are good but your phone number is exposed to the people at the backend and they keep track of all the searches you have done. They will bug you by calling Everytime you do some search. Also you need to buy min. of Rs.200 medicine for delivery. Highly not recommended if you need privacy.

App is not at all allowing to enter the basic details . please work on that.when I add address unable to add pincode. While adding person details not allowing to add age .

Worst app, if you are lokking for a test and provide the name in search tab to get the details, search will happen infinitely,, u ll never get results.. Not able to access old records

Earlier it used to work very well but now it became very slow and not able to use it. Please fix the performance issue.

This app is showing loading when I click dashboard option and other options are also very slow or not functioning

I had good experience with Doctor c team, they are really helpful in guiding and providing necessary help for the tests. Can I get doctor c team customer care mobile number as I had one but got deleted

Implementation at ground level can be better managed. My residential area is appearing for selection, but DoctorC says they don't serve here now when I insist for a better lab than the present one which gets assigned to me by default based on the proximity. If distance is the only criterion, why there is an option in the first place to select labs in portal and app?

Whenever any services required from hospitals I'm calling to doctor C and they are assisting me with better deals in near by hospitals.App needs to be improved a little bit with in details about services and all

It's an good idea but the app needs bit improvement..

useful App for All

Earlier App is much user friendly. New version doesn't have an exit also. There is no abort once entered. You are not left with a choice to decide and confirm later. I want someone call me to explain in detail.

Please don't use this. They provide fake report and could lead to life-threatening report. I had experienced multiple times they mostly gives wrong report and if you follow it then the drug/medicine could be dangerous. I had doubt in their report, So I took another test in Apollo and Vijay diagnostic lab and have shown the same to their customer care with proof from Apollo/Vijay diagnostic lab report. They carried same test multiple time but no improvement. They just said SORRY. Be Careful!!

Don't know how accurate the tests are. 2 of my friends got it done with the results on thyroid and another result showing normal. A test done in a diagnostic centre 2 days later showed completely different results. Makes me wonder about my test results too

Amazing interms of giving discounts on medical tests, first of its kind, bit there customer care sucks. Plan a day ahead by cross checking with diagnostics else you will suffer as the cust support sucks to some extent.
