Crossroads RSA

I think you guys are fraud, I took 2 year membership, availed one service so far, now all is gone.. Your customer care service is not working and app is showing invalid details. Nothing can be more worse than this at this our of need. Sheer disgusting and pathetic crossroads guys!

Bogus service please never use it. I called for RSA being a member no one reached even after 3 hours of complaint and company helpline stopped receiving my call. so Guys think before buying RSA they are just grabing your money without providing any service.

I want to give them rating of -5 stars... Worst customer support and extremely useless people. Plz avoid them. I am there customer since 2000 and hardly;y used their any services at all. Now When I tried to use them but then their guy was late as always.. and I took my another car. There useless customer support (which otherwise calls you ten time a day to plead to buy their service) charged me one service when in fact I didn't use at all. They are thief and in fact useless. Please purchase their service at your own risk and expect them to cheat you.. their owner is I guess used to be a notorious proclaimed offender.. Please avoid them at all cost..

Complete SCAM, booked a service for a dead battery and since all their services are prepaid i paid Rs.399 and didn't get any response for 2 days. Finally the complaint automatically got cancelled. My first app review on Google and would suggest Google to unlist this app.

Worst service ever. Service on wheels is fraudulent bogus and probably doesn't exist. I have been struggling for 2 months for servicing but to no avail. Don't waste your precious time money and effort over them.

Already mailed them 6 to 7 times, total negligence. All there people seems faking on 'Service on Wheels' package. Cheater sales team include Anjali, Surender, Aakash, Subhash & many others..They are all cheating ur pockets. Don't trust them.

A good service. I used it a couple of times... mechanics in maruti van reached and were able to sort problem quickly. Must have for female drivers, elderly or people driving at night. Satisfied customer

Bunch of frauds.. Don't go for it. They will charge money and will later refuse to serve you saying this area is not covered. I am going to legal to teach them a lesson

Very unprofessional attitude gave 3000 cash for one year service, was assured of service same day as I paid cash due to my sudden plan to visit outstation and the same thing was clearly told to executive before paying cash after payment no one turned up for service and once I tried reaching lame excuse by executive sir office is closed call tomorrow without courtesy to even listen to me or apologize. Strict action should be taken against fake bogus companies. Should not forget to mention that their executive called 50 times minimum to collect cash and not even picked up my calls after payment.

I was just trying out the app's functionality before starting on my journey but got an error message each time I selected my location on the map. What if this happened at the time of a real emergency on the highway?? Not trustworthy at all.

Hi, I just downloaded the app and it is asking permission to access my photos, media and folders. I have granted the permission to track my location but why does it need other permissions? It's not even letting me go ahead of I deny that

Purchased today so after reviewing the others users comments I think that I have made a bad decision. But let's wait and watch how things works

For a complaint of Key locked inside car they took 3 hours to send help..Disaster service..Please dnt do fraud with the customers money..Folks please think thrice before spending even a single rupee..

User experience is worst. Called them thrice over the duration of 1 year, but they were never available. Save your money from such a poor service provider.

I paid for two cars, I also have receipt of the same, but this app only showing my one car, for another car the charge of Rs.399/- even I already taken the lifetime scheme.

Why mobile code option started in that app, no mobile code received even after some days for accessing that app.

I got stuck on road in Gurgaon, my car got Breakdown, Thanks to Crossroads They reached on time and repaird my car in the middle of the road. Really impresd Thanks to Crossroads

Availed their service for the first time I already registered for a year plan . Their mechanic came and he was drunk. He rather pissed us all off instead of solving our problem.

Worst company..worst service..availed d membership of service on wheels..for members ..waiting period is 2 weaks but if u r not member waiting period is 2 days.worst customer care...

Don't ever buy any membership from Cross roads their callers are biggest lair. They are sailing a package on fake commitment.

App seems to be very helpful. One step and initiative taken by crossroads to help needy on road.

I paid Rs 2499.to Cross roads in Feb 2017 and booked service on wheels request I was allowed 10th of March 2017 with a delay of 15 days.I waited for the whole day but nothing happened and nobody came for servicing even nobody gave a ring.This is complete fraud and cheating.

Only used the roadside assistance services a couple of times. Response time is very bad. Had to wait for over an hour just to get my car jump-started even at prime locations in the city.

Before some days i got pucntured in my car and than,i called cross roads helpline no. And they provide me machenic with in 20 to 30 minutes. So i m happy to take these services. It was my ist experience..

i am.using these services when i was in noida sector 62 my car's battery is going dead and then i called cross.roads and they provide on services they reacged me on around 40 minutes. and solve my car's problem.

Mere fooling people by showing false promises & prompt services on Wheels. Actually a customer has to fix the date for SOW forhis vehicle but it is otherwise at Cross roads.
