Many products don't have pictures

I used to shop at foodworld hennur and even use the app to order groceries. While some of the staff are nice, the quality of service has gone down. Items have been missing on delivery, but I have been billed for it. If you visit the store even at 9 am it's utter chaos and the staff won't move crates aside for customers to walk forget about using a trolley. Stock is usually old, so when I ordered suji rava via the app, I received a packet with insects in it. I checked only after two days, so had to discard

I ordered and paid for it via mobilwik. They say the order didn't go thru ! But my payment went thru ! Don't think I will trust them again !

It's almost an hour no one called for confirmation.

Says no nearby landmark when my house is walking distance away from a foodworld. Also the interface sucks!

My house is less than half a kilometer away from the foodworld and yet it says no landmark found in my area. Also the interface is very primitive with images stretched and squeezed. Even the location of the stores marked on the map is wrong. The irony is Google maps shows the right location but the official foodworld app has it wrong. This app is just useless for now.

The app appears to be a product of amateurs where functionality is pathetic. So also the people manning the tollfree line. Above all an app gone wrong from the beginning itself. Just uninstalled the dysfunctional crap.
