My experience with this app surpassed my expectation. My interaction with the psychologist gave a clarity about how i must go about my problem. I also find myself using the app for meditation everyday. It would really be nice if i could also have some face to face sessions with the psychologists.

The mindfulness activities are very helpful and the background video and sound are apt - in specific the progressive muscle relaxation and the one on inspiration.

I believe the mindfulness activities from myABODE would do more good than all the trips to counsellors. Nice app, very practical content and loved the voice-over. Very easy to follow and it is soothing. One suggestion to developer - First time I thought the activity is just the sound and video of the beach, rose etc and wondered what help it will do. Only later I realized the actual mindfulness voice-over starts after sometime. Can there be a way to ensure others don't get confused like me? Thanks.
Effective mindfulness activities. Very practical content and a good voiceover. Hope you increase the number of activities. Nonetheless the foundation programme is very effective. I've practised each of them multiple times. Hope to see more activities.

The program on mindful meditation is very relaxing. I've enjoyed using the same. Loved the bg themes videos and the sounds. Would help to have a hint to suggest we have to swipe to see the other themes. Personally liked the rose blooming theme and music.
My counsellor is very understanding. Appreciate the help. I can ping her whenever I feel so. She never fails to understand my state of mind . Thank u guys
