They took deposit amount of Rs. 500 and never returned in when they closed. There is no way to reach them. Its like they ran a scam where they took money and ran away. Pretty much committed fraud. Would advise not to ever again deal with anyone from the company again which includes the casa granade venture

This app and company was definitely one of the best. But now they have turned to be the worst company. They don't pick up on time. They don't deliver on time. And the dry cleaned clothes have a very bad smell. Services have deteriorated seriously. I was very disappointed with this.

No guarantee for return of clothes I have given 14 clothes for wash and iron.they returned only 12 clothes that too after 15 days.i have complained customer care but no response.i have mailed them yet no response.the delivery persons are also not responding in good manner.they show no respect.worst experience overall.

The service had started very well initially but deteriorated very fast. Now even the app is not opening...

They don't come for pickup. They don't deliver on time as promised. Also they are cheater. They supposed to refund 500 rupees but they didn't.

Service is very poor. Not customer oriented at all. U never get pickup or delivery at ur desired time, instead they come when they want. Till now atleast their APP was working, but after the last update, even this has also stopped working.

my order id is 112443, i gave 10 clothes to them in november 2016 and they delivered 6 clothes after a month in january 2017 and for remaining 4 tshirt they dont have any idea, i told them to find it and gave them the pictures of tshirt but still they have not found my tshirts, i dun know what they have done with my tshirt but one thing is sure that their service is horrible, u should never trust them, they should shut down the company if they have to serve like this.

Had given my clothes considering they will return back in 3 days time as promised. However, as all the reviews speak. They didn't. My trip which was planned had to go through last minute changes. No call back in spite of leaving a voice message. Ridiculous is not the word

Horrible service, no respect of time commitments, incorrect bills, they themselves change your planned schedule without discussing with you, do not return clothes for a week and when they do, the stains still show. Pathetic service, do not think they have a business model. Just started something for fun. Disgrace

Pathetic does not begin to cover the quality of their services. Customer service staff hangs up if they have no answers to when you can expect the return of your clothes. Never is the delivery on time. A week is the least response time you can expect. Try and avoid.

Do not take phone calls properly. Mobile bill is going up due to several calls to customer care. No help. They are just playing with people money. Consumer affairs ministry should act against this kind of service.

Bogus billing claims. Instead of 1 Jean, they have billed it as 20 jeans. That's not a small margin. And I gave my clothes on 19th November. It's Dec 1st and yet to receive them. Customer service is as poor as it gets. Been on call with them for 5 days and it's the same everytime. We will deliver sir. They know no details or anything else for that matter. Pathetic.

If there is a chance to give rating in negative I would give -200 for this.

please don't download if downloaded Uninstall it... I gave my suit for Dry clean even after 10 days it didn't reach, even after calling the customer care for 20 times I didn't get any response, please use any dry cleaner near house.. but not these guys

I'm a postpaid user, gave my clothes for wash and iron a month ago and while delivering the clothes one of my T.shirt worth Rs.1400 is missing. Made complaint and they said they will need 3 days and get back with my clothes but it's been a month now there is no reply from there side..still saying the same thing every time 'need 3 days..we'll get back with your clothes'. Please avoid this laundry service at any cost.

I've been calling their customer support for days. It has been 2 weeks since I gave some clothes for washing and I have no idea what happened to them. They pickup the call after a long wait or don't pick the call at all. Even if they do, they would say it will be delivered by evening. They have been saying this for a week now But no one came for 2 weeks? seriously? such a hopeless customer care team. On many days, I get an sms saying that a pickup is scheduled, but no one ever shows up. It's a really pathetic and fucked up business.. I want my clothes and my refundable deposits back.

If you love ur clothes & hard earned money don't even think of this app..they will vanish with ur clothes n never call u back.. beware of there shorts of fraudsters ...

The services were pretty good, clothes were washed well. But then I've been stuck in a limbo trying to get a confirmation mail on my ₹500 deposit, which I've been pursuing for more than a month with their customer service reps, but 10-15 calls later and 5 verbal confirmation later I still haven't gotten it. To add to it, they added an unknown item to my last billing, to be precise they charged me ₹12 for a tie which I don't own. Even the CIA can't find that tie, cause I have BOUGHT ONE IN MY LIFE.

The worst service you can ever encounter. You need to call up more than 5days to get your clothes back after the due date. Please stay away.

Not even once delivered before one week. Customer service is irresponsible. They just disconnect the call whenever they can't reply your queries.

Promises to deliver within 72 hours, but will take a minimum of 1 week to 1 month. Worst customer service, won't connect even if you remain in hold for 25 mins. If they get connected, after hearing your complaints they ask you to be in hold and then they will disconnect your call. Every month your billing comes wrong and have to contact customer service to get it changed and that also makes cash on delivery as the only option. They have lost my clothes once and gave me compensation money after I pestered them for 2 months.

The folks at LaundryBoy seldom provide service. Pick ups are automatically canceled, or the pick up is not done even 4 days after the date. Deliveries are told to be in 72 hours, but it nearly takes a week or more. Lastly the customer care people are clueless of the situation and provide not proper solution.
