Godigi next App is an app which helps in booking, maintaining and tracking your business records/transactions w.r.t to daily sales / customer account management, cash receipts or payments (cash book) and facilitates monitoring of cash position/reconciliation on real time basis (small business accounting app).

This App helps in maintaining and tracking customer’s receivables and payable as and when required and also deliver an alert related to customer outstanding on due dates (App for small business / Zoho).

Godigi next app adds to your business growth by providing customer behavioral analysis and trend analysis of product offered. It provides a seamless platform for communication with your customers to send offers/scheme to customer/customer’s either on the basis of customer specific spending trend or generally to all the customers.
This app is a solution to migrate your business from manual to digital in one Go.

How it works :

How to get an app:

Login/Signing up:
• Post installation you need to enter your mobile no for signing up (either as Shopkeeper or Customer).
• Select “Shopkeeper” or “Customer”
• After login through Shopkeeper details such as organization name, address, Email-ID etc. needs to be filled. The same can be updated using “Profile” Tab which can be accessed through 3 vertical dots available on the extreme right on the TOP.

Customer on-boarding:
Before making any transaction, Customer account is to be created through “Add Customer” using customers contact no.. Details such as customer name, address and email id also to be updated. Also a customer is to be added by selecting an option of either “Prepaid” or “Postpaid” depending upon his payment profile as per the shopkeeper.

Transaction execution
Shopkeeper can record transaction such as Cash receipt (“C”) or Sales (“S”) tab on the main screen.
• With image, or
• Without image
SMS for the transaction can also be sent to the customer by “” send SMS at the end of main page

Transaction report:
Transaction wise report can be extracted using “Daily Ledger” Tab which can be accessed through 3 vertical dots available on the extreme right on the TOP.

Scheme communication/offers to customer:
Any offers/schemes to enhance business targeting specific customers or in general can be sent through “Offers” Tab. This helps in fast and seamless communications with the customers

FAQ
Transactions summary:
Summary of all the transaction will reflect on the main page along with the separate Tab/link for exclusive cash or sales transitions.

Daily summary report:
Days/Today’s summary of Cash transaction and sales transactions will be reflected on the Top of main page.

Customer Ledger:
Shopkeeper has a feature to view transactions related to a particular customer through “Daily ledger” Tab.

Customer Tab:
A user can also login through customer tab to check all the transaction done by a shopkeeper on his account through Godigi next.
