App was working fine just a day before. smooth and quick as user want. After factory resetting my phone it stopped working. Another important thing to mention is that many of users like me have faced SMS OTP verification issue. Developers are suggesting to reinstall app but I found out that if u try to register in app on working business hours it will work fine without any issue. It may b because of inbuilt time check (developer might have used to save users from unnecessary SMS charges). So pls be calm and try to register yourself in business hours.

I was signed in but it wouldn't load at all. Tried with WiFi and then my 4G data but still nothing, so I reinstalled and I put my number in but I never receive a a text containing OTP and keeps deducting like £0.08 off my balance. This is very annoying!

When I pressed back button after logged in app, It prompt me confirm dialog but it doesn't visible yes or no label in it.. Facing issued in Android nought N7 Moto g4+

Whenever I click on account info everytime closed app Automatically... That was really very bad thing........ And also not update new Recent transaction in wifi network also. Shown only old transaction only.

The previous version of the app was working fine on my lenovo k4 note, the update has ruined it. After updating to new version & punching in the PIN the "please wait" ring keeps on rotating forever. I also uninstalled the app & did a fresh install from play store. But the issue is not resolved. Please do the necessary bug fixes.

It shows no account found whereas my no. Has been registered with the bank as i have got all transactions notifications on my phone but this is not found in record don't know why.?

It's like a branch of Bob at mayur vihar phase 3. We're all equipment are installed but no one is working. Even cash,atm,passbook entry machine's are making customers fool.staff also rude and non cooperative.

I changed my registered number and now receiving alerts from bank on new number. But not able to register for m-passbook app. Everytime it sends sms from my new registered number, charge deducted, never received OTP and in last it shows invalid number. Really annoying. do look into the matter

Initially it was very annoying to use this app, because it was saying that my mobile number is not registered although it was registered. But when I put the registered sim in slot 1 of my mobile phone I was able to use this app. It's a nice one but it shows only last 90 days transaction.

I m not able to login to my account...just charged rs from mobile to send otp but didnt received..... And in custom tab its not showing my debited and credited amounts of 2016....fed up

I have a problem.. Need assistance from developer..I begin to register it..it sends an SMS.. OTP also comes as SMS but it doesn't get any further..I keep waiting and waiting but no further action..DAT circle keep on moving but not getting further.. I have to wasted much balance for this but not yet done..help pls..

There is a lots of problem nd i can't send otp on my number i can see two sim card option but why I think u should remove nd only enter the phone numbers so easily getting otp

I'm entering my registered mobile number and its not reflecting my account. I cross checked with my bank branch and number is correct. Useless app for me. Why with my account only? I hate surprises from bank of baroda

Great app.. it helps in knowing the transactions and keeping record n saving(renaming) things wch we have done.. 1 bug is just it takes time to load and sometime it doesn't load for like days..

I have tried to register through this app with my registered number but it is showing that it is not your registered number & in this way they deducted 3r.s. from my sim balance..... & sometimes it is showing that there is problem in connecting & all time they deduct 1.5r.s. from the main balance of sim

Need to improve app as this take more time to connect an some time not able to fetch data. Even i tried 8 time to connect my account after than I am able to connect and everytime it cut charge for sms.

It does not sync always. It does not sync on the mobile data at all. When on WiFi it sometimes syncs and sometimes does not. So if you want to check of funds are transfered, it won't tell you immediately. Just like any other useless app of the Indian government.

It does exactly what is expected out of it, shows my updated passbook. it does not track my lost wallet. Update: it is lagging a lot.

Facing problem in login. It's charge for the OTP and the other side I don't receive the OTP code. Even using 3G or 4G network. I have tried at least 7 to 8 times. Pls fix the errors....

fully bakwas app. I tried so many times but it always gives message that your number is invalid... don't use it...just waste of time and money..

Not working properly every time send verification sms and deducted 1.50 Rs of sms charge then only loading sign display. Please solve this problem i've 3 acount in Bob so I unable to see current balance and deduction.

Says mobile no not registered, but receive otp. Bank should at least make corrections even after such negative feedbacks. Do not download

I m having galaxy J7-2016, using registered sim in slot 1 and also using data of the same but always getting message unable to connect with bank.

Sucks big time! Doesn't send the otp while login and you lose your balance for sms charge. Then after closing the app it sends the otp.

I have an account in bob for past 1 yr. I regularly use the m-connect app. This app is not accepting my registered phone no. Everytime I enter it says account not found... Please help me here!

App installed but verification not complete and sms charges may apply deduct from my mobile balance every time bt app not start.. i hate this app.

It doesn't allow to get OTP. Horrible user interface. Such apps must be kept updated .

Registration and verification successful in short time. Works good on 3G or faster network. Troubling in 2G network connection. Features are good. Passbook entries nicely displayed. Searching particular entry is very important feature. Overall Happy Experience.

Faltu app not even able to load n search the operator name to start the app please improve it properly first

A customer nightmare for updating to latest version, for three days I am trying to get my account information but in vain.

It is unable to send message. Sometimes says no account found with this mobile no. Sometimes says wrong login credentials. What a wost app!!!

Why there's no closing balance. Its missing from statement. No benefit of this app without closing balance.

I think bob is poorest bank in customer service . Either it's their app their call centre. All are useless . Poor bank poor app poor customer service

I download it to samsung J2 and it working fine but when I download it to my Galaxy GTN7000 it generate OTP but unable to proceed next.

At log out time didn't show yes or no options in pop up

Absolutely disgusting. I have not been able to log in. Every time I try to log in, it fails to send verification message.

Useless application, one cannot register for mpassbook if he is using a secondary SIM.its requires immediate correction. Please help.

Does not open and hangs a lot

in my yearly income and expense shawing wrong figures need to improve it otherwise good initiative by bob

It is the worst application in banking domain. Never gets connected to server. Always throws error message.
