My wife used cleartax and she is not used to using online portals. Without any guidance from anyone, she followed the instructions given and she was able to complete her filling. She would also get to check the status of her filling and she got the refund of her pending amount. Some of the tips given by Cleartax helped her save some extra money to in the form refund amount.

I filed my ITR wrong. I needed to revise it. I searched on income tax website for that but it was not easy to find. I opened cleartax website on my laptop and started to revise my ITR. It was finished in 15 minutes. I made successful e- verification on IT dept website. Thank you cleartax. Keep it up.

Allahabad Bank is not in the list when we are filling up the details for CKYC!! Seemed strange but that's the way it is in the app. Kindly look into it as that's the reason for a single star rating from me
