A pathetic app by chor bmc ruled by chor sena....they dont want u to file any complaint so they made it extremely difficult to lodge it. It crashes frequently and after multiple attempts i m unable to file complaint related to worst roads in the world in this city.

I hv been trying to register complaint against solid waste management in my area, but the app gets stuck at finding ward number :(... Kindly resolve

Every time as soon as bill is generated..App becames unoperational...then after due dates passed..again starts running smoothly...it seems they dont want to allow making payment thro app..

Dear all work hard to make good app donot try to make this as corrupted app or scam app. Also at the offical web security certificate is expired for water bill payment which is dangerous for online payments.

Worst app ever work as gov. Is working.....definitely gov.app sucks...the complaint section doesn't have proper navigation as after complaint registered they don't show the status of ur complaint properly

It need a through update. Its very poor .no service it claims to help it does.. cant register anythung neither property nor water bill nothing

It works seamlessly for water bill payment.just that they charge 0.75% extra for payment(debit card) which is in a way discouraging for online payments,if you can please do away with such a surcharge.

This is not an app made mistakenly by BMC you can't do anything in this app I think BMC is making fool out of itself as we Mumbaikar knows how it functions this app is also similar it's working like BMC employees. Wake up guys

While registering complaint, this app search for ward number which often fail and result in non registration of complaints. Instead, it should just store lat-long and update ward number later.

I had complaint 4 time but not a single action taken till yet
