Burger King Online Order App

Pathetic interface. The payment was made successfully. But the store denied order. Finally after 45 minutes order was accepted after atleast 5 repeated calls to the store and the customer service number. After that also the delivery didnt happen on time. I ordered at 1.17 pm. It is 2.41 pm and order still not received. Disappointed

Pathetic customer service. My place 3KM away from Burger King according to BK App & According to Google maps it's 4km. Still they say it's out of their territory!!!

Third Class App Not Even Locate My Location Automatically or Manually

Status has been updated as delivered & meal has been not delivered for more than 1hour. Worst app

Niether does it detect the location, Nor are many localities listed, couldn't even proceed with the order

Burger king is always serve unique test front of me and Burger king always make me happy and his Morton hopper is awesome.

Pathetic service. No way to directly reach the outlet who serves your food. And call center who is supposed to handle your queries and complaints is totally clueless. Even reaching the call centre number takes ages. The delivery boys are absolutely unprofessional and arrogant to the core. Very, very bad experience with Burger King.

Ordered at 9:30 pm... While writing this review is 1:00 am... No signs of any1 with the order. Not even bothered to give a call. Tried reaching the contact number, ppl trying to 10:45 the the boy is out for delivery. Next ppl say to b on call and disconnect. Post 11 number goes temporarily out of service. Nothing delivered, no one bothered to call.. Pathetic

Worst app and worst service from the call centre as well. You can't apply any coupon codes together on one call and have to call up for every single discount offer while placing ur order. Also inspite of it being one place of delivery u have to pay separate delivery charge on ur order. Y can't u just improve ur services and club the order placed using the discount coupons together. Money doesn't grow on trees!!!

Pathetic service. It takes 1hr 15min for delivery and after all the waiting the burger is cold. Waste of time. And the stupid App doesn't have a way to track your order. You'll have to keep guessing what happened to your order after placing it. MacDonald is best!!!

Making an app doesn't make up for operational deficiencies... Order getting lost in allocation to restaurant was the strangest reason I've ever heard! Taste, prices etc etc don't matter if the orders don't get delivered. P. S. - This is not a review of the app... This is a review of the company!

Horrible service by bk!! They took my order for which I paid online n cancelled it saying my house it out of service area. No refund was initiated n it is impossible to contact them. Not the kind of service I was expecting from a global chain.

Worst burger... I bought 4 burgers for takeaway from Burger king Shipra mall, indrapuram but the quality was very very bad. Burgers contain sauce just for the name sake... Worst experience, never recommend to anyone

You just lost another customer today. Why do you even list the location in the app if you don't deliver to that jurisdiction. You accepted, the order, deducted the money and now plainly refuse to honor the service. Plain pathetic.

I installed it today and i ordered food din't come even after an hour. Never order anything from this app. It's better not to download in first place. And You BK...Never give false informations that u deliver within 45minutes though you have no delivery people. Bakwaas app.

Disappointed. Ordered and was delivered after 1 hr 45 mins whereas sms after order mentioned delivery within 45 minutes.Tried frequently calling the Korum mall BK outlet with no one answering for several attempts. Finally on answering get reply very busy will check with delivery guy and call back. Call was never received thereafter. Why can't the outlet inform customers if there's a delay and provide an estimate time of delivery?? Got a call the next day after sending a strong letter to customer service by email. Damage already done folks Terrible service. Will never order BK online ever. Guys don't waste your time and increase your bp!!

After 1.5hrs of order being placed, store has no idea about the order. Store never receives the order and the call center can only transfer the call to the store. Call centre cannot do anything else. And store does not acknowledge the order

Burger King, such a big name, but neither the location search works, nor the text search works. I wish I could rate you lesser than 0. I hope that was possible.

I live 100 meters away from newly opened burger king(Xperia mall, Palava) outlet but they don't deliver to my area. ????

super super pathetic service. Even after such poor rating and bad comments no one has come forward from buger king to improve the service or at least give an assurance.This shows they dont care about customer "sic"

The app took my order basis the area where I stay...plus the area is listed for delivery, however the outlet from Viviana Thane calls up and say my place is beyond the delivery area. Told him that the app did not say delivery not possible and that the automatically choose my exact area for delivery. For which the person replied that the app is not so smart to inform this....LOL ????

Bad experience....they charge for delivery and after I paid online...after 1 hr after I called for like 5 times...they asked me to cancel the order...at last I went to the store and had to pick up the order...never ordering again specially the royal Meenakshi burger king... disappointed at so many levels...they were my favourite

My order went to store which as far away and they denied delivery and couldn't transfer the order to the store nearby so had to call the customer care for it. The customer care was even better as they claimed to not be Bangalore hence they can't transfer the order between the stores in Bangalore. After repeated clarifications and suggestions on the call, somehow they transferred my order to a store near my house which denied service as the distance was abt 1km more than their preferred radius. The staff was rude, disrespectful and careless in the burger king Indiranagar and Meenakshi mall outlets. They simply didn't care or have any interest in serving a client. I was a great fan of burger king while in Germany but hating it here in India mainly due to their staff here.

Very useless app never seen...no such cities are mention in locator point....specially in jodhpur city Rajasthan.... I give u free suggestion...close ur company... Very bad experience I NVR seen

BK has done such a pathatic job with this app. The app takes ur order and then u will get a call that ur order has been cancelled. They never deliver.. McDonald's apps is far better then this crapy app. SHAME ON U BK..

Nothing works expect Store location(1 star) which eventually I could have got from any browser... Pls check thoroughly, fix bugs and relaunch it... No options, no click able offers, no menu, no location finder, in short nothing works... If this was the condition then BK should not have developed this app...

Worst app. No tracking. Just order and sit. Sometimes they will deliver if they like and sometimes they will cancel it. And the burgers we get for cheap deals are horrible.

Pathetic service. Super pathetic veg burgers. Super slow service at outlets. All are same but Sarojini Nagar and Noida outlets are super pathetic. No one bothers about the time taken to deliver the order. Veg section is super depressing, no taste no flavour only mirchi and masala with no balance. BK give away discount coupons but customer can't redeem them. They refuse. Waste of money. Only sellable item on the menu is non veg whopper. That's it. KFC and McD definitely have a class and wider range of likable menu. Burger king ????

Today I placed my 1st order and after placing my order I read all the negative reviews here and thought I made mistake but I was really surprised to see that the my order was confirmed instantly and delivered in 15mins...My restaurant was in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Superb Guys....

Awful experience. Order taken, money paid, waited for 45 mins, called to check status. I was told there is some technical problem hence not taking online orders. Then they never picked my call again. Worst customer experience ever

Well I'm lost for words. Where do I start. This app is by far d worst app one can use. And this too from a Gobal giant like Burger King. The time which they promise to deliver d order is 45 minutes but d order never reaches on time. They always take more than an hr to deliver it. When I ask why d order is delivered late, they pin it on d delivery guy saying he doesn't know the area properly. Once d order is received, it's cold!!!!!! There should be an option in d app to track ur orders like McDonalds has. Never expected this from Burger King. I wish I could have given u a big zero. However, Google doesn't allow me to do that

Worst online app. Stay away... Don't order here if you are hungry... Go and eat.. They will take hours... Then last minute cancel.. You lose your money too.... Criminals

Worst service of burger king. Delivery time is before 45 mins & they delivered after 100 mins , I ordered buy 1 get 1 free & they delivered wrong order with only 1 burger. Will never order or visit burger king again.

App doesn't filter veg options, it shows all vegetarian would prefer to filter. Offers are show clearly which is good. Veg , nonveg symbol not available. Doesn't identity nearest outlets easily

I gave first time order, delayed over One hour and order as per not required. Simple : Application is required more improvement, as compared Mc Delivery is better then you.

Waste of money.. 45 min delivery and it took 1 hour.. didn't got my extra cheese with fries and I wrote instruction to bring change of rs. 2000 but there was no change.. I was knocking the shops to get a change.. bad experience.. idiots are there..

Please don't prepay for your order through paytm. They don't show order id once it has been done and you cannot even complain without the order id. There is no order history shown.
