My BSNL App

Always shows communication error. Struggle for one full day to recharge. U can use it for checking how much patience u have.don't launch such please. Like UR landline services ,this is the second rate service

Two weeks back I used Bsnl app to recharge my phone but recharge was failed. Amount was deducted from my account but it's not refunded till now.. again I tried to recharge but an error occurs and the amount was deducted.. worst bsnl app and service..

What's the use of this app for prepaid mobile user if all I could do is only recharge using this app. Can't manage my account, check balance, manage VAS, data/SMS/voice packs using this app. Please integrate features to manage prepaid connections.

Just keeps crashing whatever I click on! Makes having this app useless. It used to work perfectly but has started crashing for the past two months when u attempt a bill pay. Please fix asap

Absurd App with nothing... Better to recharge by retailers or some third party apps... Absolute Rubbish... No info about offers and plans... Not a thing that may help me... I think there is no real use for this app at all for customers like me.... Unfortunate me and other BSNL customers... Also retailers... They are unable to activate a no.... Absolutely brainless apps that you have in app stores...

India's no 1 fraudulent Service provider BSNL. My no validity will be over by 28th Sept 2017 but my outgoing calls were barred since 26th itself. I called CC and inquired about validity plans and was told 49 plan will be valid for 1yr. But after recharging 49 it is showing only 6 months validity. Again called CC and they are informing me that plan has been changed. Worst network ever and worst CC

Most fuddu app, I have ever seen. BSNL ROCKS..The company who has developed this app, should stop development. Please forgive BSNL user they are already frustrated.

Wastage of tax payers money. Even bsnl cannot afford to have an app as good as airtel or jio? Look at the apps of airtel and jio. Learn from them. Worst interface and functionality.

Please include absolute basic facilities like changing of plans for postpaid subscribers and broadband plans. In today's digital world it seems pretty old fashioned to go to a bsnl exchange and submit a handwritten application to change/modify data plans or postpaid plans. If other private companies can do it then why not bsnl?

Useless app. Bill payment option have major error,, from last month onwards it's not working. In past I used this for bill payment only. It's totally waist of our money..

What's wrong with this app!! I can't able to pay my father's GSM postpaid bill..it says no internet connection but my net is working perfectly all right. Kindly resolve asap

I have been used this App many times for recharging mobile and for bill payment, I gave 5 stars. But yesterday I recharge my sim with stv voice call Rs 449, the bank already debit the amount, but I didn"t get any recharge from bsnl, and when I check it the App says "awaiting bank confirmation". It was the last day of validity and I lost all my balance of 40hrs talk time and the amount Rs 449. There is no any chance to complain or to enquire in this app. If it is going like that how can I recharge or pay the bill through this app in the future. My suggestion is please add some possibility to enquire when the customer face such a problem.

Trying to pay my landline bill for this month , but failed trying three times. previously I encountered no such problems. Last month also I paid the bill online. My mobile is Lenovo 6 model

I recharged for mobile through this app. My money was deducted but transaction got failed . So I called customer care for enquiry they asked me not to do recharge through this app further they asked me to recharge through shop. So again I asked for number or any information to file a grevience regarding app. They said they don't know . My money gone . No proper response Such is the condition of our government sector . Our Pm has been pitching for digital and cashless India but look here how our government service is working .No efficiency or accountability shame on you guys

Very very very poor 3g network in nowgong mp. I'm also complained in bsnl office but problem not solved. Plz do something. Not showing best offer on app.

Very worst experience with age old bsnl.. however people will become fools by trusting bsnl.. they know that.. arrogant govt owned network

Takes your money and doesn't provide you any service worst app ever No reply from support to ,they are slacking off and being irresponsible because they are getting their salary even if they are not working typical govt employees

This service is very bad. Why ? Reason are as under: 1.Due to poor cable laying work 75% time net not available. 2.Also FUP error message occurred and net is not working, daily restart modem message displayed. We always busy with starting of the modem. Cheap system use. 3.Anybody will change or upgrade your net package and same will added in bill. No one listen or resolved your complaint. 4.Any type of complaints does not resolved by BSNL Broadband services. 5. Vikas ho raha hai bolke sabko lutne baithi hai Government. Not given any positive results about system. 6 No scheme of reimbursement for excessive bill generated by BSNL by fault. 7.not reimburse to anybody even due to fault in cable/service/disconnect even for week or 20 days. We will pay BSNL bill full month amount.

Sir please add Quarry option in app or neead halp about services, Sir my home circle is mp but now i am in roaming so if i try calling to customer care 1503 it is realy shocking that the call is connected from roaming circle so how wood i know about offers and scheme's and tariff plans so please make 1503 is national customer care number like other operators. Thing beyond the different and comprehensive .

Not at all working properly. Having so much trouble. Back to back issues. The money is getting debited from the bank but the number is not getting recharged. Happened twise in 3 days. What about the deducted money? How much time we have to waste just for a recharge?

Can you put a simple feature in that it allows me download my bill and see details??? Is this such complex feature? Been never able to see my bill yet.. Just seeing the amount due..

While going to making payment displayed the app reload page pls. Solve the problem

A fruad & Cheat App. It makes money by online transactions from customers. And never ever the SIM gets recharged or Postpaid Bill gets paid.. Just takes money from customers for no service. And never refund the money..also..Very Disgusting BSNL.

The app is good. We can know about all the offers and recharges.. But can't register complaints. Must add the option for complaint registration.

My BSNL Internet isn't Get Sufficient Speed. Only 200 & 300kb i get. What will i do. BSNL Tower in nearto my home. But what will i do? Plz solve this problem.U offering 2mb per second

Kitna ghatiya app hai..yaar!!..kabhi recharge nahi ho pata... kuch b nahi ho pata.Shame on these people for making such a ghatiya app.mat karo install..pass ki dukan me hi jao..recharge karane. Digital india my foot..ek app to bana nahi sakte

Update: still waiting for support. Dont know why this app suddenly went crashing. It was a better app. But now not at all opening.

App was very useful. But for the last few days it's not letting me pay the bill. I get webpage not available error when I click the pay button.

Bakwas app. Na to bsnl ka balance check kar date hai, Na you offer look information. Totally useless app.

Bht kharb app h humesha rechare fail hota h isse acha to paytm or freecharge h kam se kam recharge to hojata hai

Come on... You guys don't update the newer plans available. I see those year old plans even I have the latest version of this app installed on my phone. Please improve.

The help from support is very good. I had some problems but they helped me fix it quickly

BSNL APP Payment receipt dowload option is required. No where we get the payment receipt. You need to visit bsnl office for payment receipt. It was told by customer care very clearly. Once bill is generated it is available to mail. Once payment is dont. It should also be sent to mail. Which is not available. You need to add account for every screen for prepaid number.. for landline it is automatically populating details .so no need to enter in every screen

This app is not updating about paid bills , always data is not unavailable such information is coming. I m not satisfied In comparison to torrent power app this app is incomplete and unprofessional
