Its a good out of the box thinking. I mean Iets undrstnd tht its only in the beta testing phase in Delhi/NCR. Plus it dosent make sense in 1st developing it across the and thn waiting (when its alrdy online) for millions of customers to install it. So the messaging marketing is justified; but plz include the 'its on beta testing phase in Delhi/ NCR' in the message body itslf. Not doing it may lead to dissatisfaction in the customers located in the rest of the country. But all in all, an excellent approach for netwrk coverage!

It uses your "data balance" to surf through WiFi. Why would I or any rational person use WiFi if the data is only being used. Why not directly switch on the data and use it.
